  1. Removing the checkmarks is a problem across the board, but I am specifically irritated that it is not an option at all if you share for review in the cloud. My only option for keeping track of edits I have done is to "resolve" each comment. Also, if I filter by unresolved comments, it does not automatically filter live as I am working. So as I resolve a comment, it stays in the comment pane until I go back up, remove my filter, and then add the filter again.

  3. Two Ideas:
    # when copying text callouts, along with other items, the text callouts should stay in the exact same position as they were copied - they currently shift when pasted

the layering when copying and pasting should stay the same so you don't have to cut and paste items to make sure they are layered correctly

  4. I tried to have adobe acrobat read a pdf for me today. I wanted to rest my eyes and listen to the document instead of reading it. I was unpleasantly surprised to find out that the 'reader' spoke in such an incomprehensible way, to the point that I could not understand 90% of what it was saying. I have to think that the technology to provide something better is out there. The 'reader' didn't follow the cadence of normal speech. It didn't know how to pronounce most of the words. I'd be one happy customer if the reader could be…

    Hi,
Since I haven’t heard from you, I believe the issue is resolved on your side. You can set the preferences from Edit→ Preferences (Ctrl/Comm + K) → Reading.

Kindly contact us for further assistance.

    Thanks
    Rachit

  5. We have PDF maker plug in for excel and same has been published in Citrix environment. When user try to use the plugin it does not give them sign in prompt and through license error. User have to launch acrobat first in order to activate the license and then use the PDF maker plug in. This solution is not feasible as Acrobat is not a published application in our citrix site and also this is additional step which users do not prefer.

  6. I am using files save in .pdf form. When I use Acrobat DC to edit, I frequently get text that becomes crushed, as attached. Possibly to unusual names or words. If I cut and retype the section. I get character on character!

Please explain. How do I correct, please

  7. How about a conspicuously placed box to check "1-sided or 2-sided." Adobe Acrobat is the only application that automatically prints 2-sided docs on my MacBook Pro running macOS Mojave. Come on, people. It's 2019. I'm not asking for much.

  9. I do a lot of work formatting, mostly using images. Each time I have to ensure images are 300 dpi individually. PDF will only let me do one object at a time! Sometimes I have more than 50 images in a pdf. When will there be a solution so that I can do them all at once?

  11. Acrobat DC is far less easy to use than previous versions. Cannot easliy draw, add lines or objects to drawings for as built drawings. Extremely disappointed with the it. More difficult to extract pages, and the operation seems slow compared to previous versions.

  13. Problem: when I read pdfs with more than one columns, I have to constantly scroll down each column, return to top, and continue scrolling. This is not only a hassle but also seeing other information in other columns usually distract me from the text I am reading.

proposed solution: It would be nice to have an option to scroll columns of text separately. For example the column that my mouse pointer is on it would become clear for reading and I could scroll it down, while the rest of the columns are slightly blurred to avoid distraction. By moving the…

  16. While within Acrobat, can't open files.
Type command-O to navigate to a PDF file.
Box opens to display files, but application crashes the second I start to navigate, for instance, go up a directory. This just started happening.
Using Mac OS 10.12 (Sierra) and Creative Cloud Acrobat DC.

Note: I CAN open PDF files from the finder. Will launch Acrobat if it isn't running already. Just not when I'm in the application.

  17. When I try to "save as" a Solidworks drawing and select PDF file type, glass in the drawings is very faint. I noticed it only does on Acrobat Pro DC not a standard Acrobart Reader.

  18. Windows 10 Enterprise 1803, Acrobat Pro DC 2019.012.20040, Firefox 69.0, Acrobat Add-on 18.0.10

Hi, when I try to convert a web page with the Acrobat Add-on in the upper right corner of my Firefox browser, I get an error message in Acrobat: There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found. I cannot do anything else.
In Chrome I can convert to PDF without any problems.
Thank you very much for your help!

  20. This is a DC Pro subscription running on Win 7 Home Prem SP1 64-bit. Acrobat loses my login info about 75% of the time when I close the program and reopen, with or without restarting or logging out of my pc, annoying but workable. Sometimes the save icon on the toolbar is invisible. I wasn't able to get a screenshot, but the button is clickable and works despite not displaying, also annoying but workable. Then, mid-session, as seen in the attachment, all Adobe icons converted to placeholders. First, I attempted a repair, then an uninstall. Both attempts yield the same…
