  1. Hey,
When I'm using Adobe Acrobat PRO DC on my super powerful windows surface 2, it always got stuck (not responding) for 10/20 seconds.

Since I'm a pro client and surface has quite good features (illustrator is running easy), it's not nice to have this every time.

I'm wondering if I'm the only one and if you can solve it.

  4. OK, so when you click "create pdf" in the Adobe DC Pro MS Word add in, a pop up save dialog box opens. The file name for the "new pdf" is shown the same as the source document filename (in this case a blah.docx file).

I want the folder location for the new pdf (blah.pdf) that is being created from the source blah.docx file to be the same. i.e. I want to save the blah.pdf file in the same folder as the blah.docx file.

At the moment, it only opens the save dialog box to the last folder location a…

I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
Can you share with us the acrobat version and the operating system you are using
Also some sample PDFs with which you are facing this issue.

  7. There are large icons throughout the Adobe Reference document that block the text underneath. Is there some way you can fix that?

  10. In my work I open and compare and edit multiple documents at the same time, this used to be easy because each pdf opened separately on one click, so I could very quickly have them all open and work between all of them at the same time using alt/tab between them all quickly. Now though pdfs all open in the same window mimicking an internet browser. So you have to click on each and then drag it out to a different part of your screens before you can start alt/tab-ing between them. It's slowing me down and I can't be…

  11. Add a Storage Account SharePoint Site
Site URL is correct, Enter Account Name ignores entry and comes back to same screen
Adding account fails and there is no help on the Adobe help site

If this works, it should be available on all Adobe apps

  13. I just had my computer repaired which required a migration of my old computer SSD to a new SSD. Before that, I used to be able to open up several PDF files at the same time in their own window, which is how I like to work as I frequently have to review multiple documents at the same time. I would like to know if that option still exists and if not I would like it back please.

Also, the icons have changed on my desktop (why; that was your brand and was easy to depict from other doc files?).

I am sorry for the inconvenience you are facing.
For openign several PDF files at the same time in their own window you can
1)open the preferences box by going to edit menu > click on preferences or by pressing ctrl+k
    2) In categories select ‘General’
    3) In basic tools uncheck ’Open documents as new tabs in the same window.

For “fit a page to the full Adobe view screen” you can
    1) Right click and select ‘Document properties’
    2) Click on Initial view tab and select your preference in ‘Layout and Magnification’

I hope this will help you.

  14. I want to share feedback on Acrobat DC. (1) The feedback forum won't even load at the bottom of the DC page. So I'm submitting this on the "Windows and Mac" page. (2) I'd like to see if my issue has already been submitted, so I can comment there instead of posting it as a new issue. I can search for issues, but not by version; the search results are for all versions. I've now wasted nearly half an hour just trying to figure out where to post my issue, and whether my issue has already been posted. Ugh.

  15. In the Action List where your sequences are, I find when you have a lot, there is no way to sort it alphabetically in one go. I am aware you can do this one by one via the manage actions setting, but that is tedious and counter productive, especially when you have a lot like i have, attached. Please can you implement a 'Sort by A-Z', either in the menu bar along the top, within the manager actions settings or next to the name 'ACTION LIST' on the UI, highlighted attached. Hope this gets someones attention. Thanks.

  16. This bug report was submitted to Apple on 2019-01-17 (Apple bug iD 47350683). As it has masssive impact on user experience in Acrobat (unable to save / save as, regardless whether anything was edited in Acrobat; crashing when opening or having open the Tags panel) I am sharing this here:

    Summary:
When saving out a tagged PDF opened in Preview, Preview/Quartz seems to rewrite the whole PDF structure and - while doing so - messes up the data structures below the StructTreeRoot entry in the Catalog dictionary. For leaf objects inside the StructTreeRoot tree structure, a "Pg" entry is required…

  18. If a document has multiple contacts listed, and therefore multiple e-mail addresses listed, it would be nice to be able to select more than one address and have it go into the same e-mail. This feature would have to work with common e-mail providers of course. For example, I have Outlook. A PDF has multiple e-mail addresses. I would like to be able to pick and choose who to send an e-mail to, and have it open in one e-mail with my chosen people in the "To." If I click the hyperlink for their address, it opens a new e-mail…
