Always/Never Check Out option for SharePoint users
When opening a document (or in many cases multiple documents) when using SharePoint, a dialogue box opens, prompting you to pick whether you wish to 'check out' the document or simply 'open' the document. This becomes cumbersome when opening more than one document at once, having to click an option on the dialogue box for every document. Adding a 'always check out' or 'always open' feature would be time saving and less frustrating.

Tool to Delete Multiple Files from 'Shared for Viewing'
It would be extremely useful to be able to highlight and delete multiple uploads from the 'Shared for Viewing' page. It's very time consuming having to delete individual files to create space for new uploads.
Please look into this.
Thank you.

Enable ability to save PDFs in Adobe Scan to One Drive
Many corporations use One Drive in conjunction with Acrobat and Adobe Scan - currently to move an Adobe Scan PDF to One Drive, a user first saves to their default Adobe document cloud account, and then has to download to their computer, and then re-save to One Drive, which is not a bit user/ customer friendly

Add ability to select/define a view when adding a SharePoint Library storage account
When adding a SharePoint library as a storage account it would be beneficial to to be able to define which view to use (using the view URL) or be prompted to select a view.
In some cases, libraries do exceed over 5000 items and files within the library can no longer be viewed in the storage account menu within Adobe.
On the SharePoint side, large libraries that heavily leverage metadata have indexes configured in order to surpass this 5000 item limit per view. It appears that the storage account setup is query for all items, rather than linking to a…

Admin Feature: Download/Cache All Document Cloud Files
When a user is termed the IT department would like to be able to download a copy of all the Document Cloud files the user has created. As the files only exist in the cloud and no local copy is saved this requires IT to download files manually, with a max of 100mb or 50 files. Please allow files to be cached locally (and thus backed up with the PC) or allow user to download a full copy of their document cloud storage at one time.
Additionally, add a storage used tab in the admin portal so IT can see…

Microsoft sharepoint PDF doc API error points to Adobe contact
hello. for PDF files that were uploaded into Microsoft Sharepoint, when there is an API call error, it tells the user to contact Adobe support. However... Adobe support says this is a Microsoft error and contact should be Microsoft.
Probably need to have Microsoft fix this on their side. And also have Microsoft not have contact be Adobe (though... from what I can tell it's an Adobe Document Cloud error page)

Please make RESTORING deleted Document Cloud data possible
We would like to have the possibility, just like with OneDrive 4 Business, to restore deleted files for a User or by a User if deleted in the Document Cloud.
At this moment, as soon as the file is deleted in the document cloud there is no turning back.
It would be great if there would be such a feature enabled like lets say save deleted data for 30 days in a trashcan were users can restore it if deleted by accident.
Thanks.

Add Account for Private Clouds
In Adobe Acrobat Reader DC.
On "Add an Account". I can add a PDF file through public clouds (i.e., Dropbox, Google Drive, Sharepoint, etc).
What about private clouds (Synology, QNAP, etc). Many small businesses use these as essential tools to share files and access their documents.
Would kindly request that private NAS units -- or a user or businesses private cloud such as a Synology or QNAP cloud, be added the program. So users can get their PDF files from this private cloud.
Thank you.

Eliminate Acrobat Checkout question for SharePoint
Every time we open a SharePoint PDF, Acrobat asks to Checkout and Open, Open, or Cancel. Please let me skip this question to browse quickly! It is an Adobe problem, not Microsoft! It only happens on Acrobat.

Implement Google "My Drive" + "Team Drive"
Aside from "My Drive" storage, "Team Drive" should be implemented also. A company like ours is currently using Google Team Drive only which I believe many companies also uses the same cloud storage.
At the moment our licenses are of no use since we cannot integrate our Acrobat DC with TEAM DRIVE. Appreciate if you can please look into it with priority.

Under 'Add an Account' add integration support for sync.com storage accounts
We use sync.com for long term storage of documents. It would be great to be able to integrate documents on sync.com with Adobe Document Cloud, and quickly save/upload from/to sync and DC.
Thanks for considering!

Document Cloud cannot download more than 45 docs at a time. And then it loses my work on top of that.
I cannot download a large folder of pdfs (anything more than 45 or 50 is too much) made with Adobe Scan as a zip file. Forget about anything involving sub-folders. I'm digitizing a backlog of expense receipts. And then Document Cloud makes half my work disappear.

Please restore the connector between Creative Cloud and Adobe Acrobat / Reader
You used to have access to Creative Cloud files when logging in with Adobe ID on Acrobat or Reader (on PC or iPhone). A recent update removed this function. Please bring this back! We like to collaborate and edit/view files from Creative Cloud whether on a mobile device or desktop. Creative Cloud needs to be a "storage account" again.

Dropbox Integration needs Improvement
Under MacOSX (10.9/10.11/10.13) Acrobat DC does not play well with Dropbox. Using the Acrobat file screen to open a file in Dropbox often results in a LONG delay (or even crashes).
Double clicking directly within Dropbox folders in the Finder brings the same file up without delay or crashing.
Please fix this annoying bug.
