  1. I made a PDF with InDesign 15.0 and the bookmarks are missing in full Acrobat DC 2019.021.20056. However, the bookmarks do display ok in my wife's computer's copy of Acrobat Reader.

  3. Stop right-bottom clickable rectangle area within a window.
    Frequently resizing accidentally causes a browser to start and open the CC page.

  4. When adding a Barcode Field:
    Barcode Field Properties > Options > Symbology: QR Code >
    Decode Condition > Custom > X-Dimension:

    the size is unable to go beyond 0.04in ... my client wants a larger Barcode in the file. But with this limitation, I cannot meet their needs.

    My suggestion is to allow any value.

    A translating tool is definitely a must. At present I have to export to word, translate, copy, paste and edit. The same goes for high versions of correction tools.

  6. The new named user licensing (NUL) is not ideal for remote desktop/Citrix environments when using more than two session hosts.

    The cloud limitation of two logons is fine for personal computers but when operating a large number of session hosts users have to logon to Acrobat DC when roaming across multiple servers. Each server is considered a new installation.

    Please bring back serialized deployments for enterprise customers or another solution that works with remote desktop/Citrix.

  8. I want to be able to do form that, when someone fills it, they dont need to log in to their email account to send it to me. I want it that, when pressing the send button, it automatically sends it to my email account.

  9. I regularly print pdf files in booklet format. A lot of files stop the with error code 900. While on an older MacBook with Adobe Reader 9.5.5 all documents print flawless! I will not activate this version until I have a solution for this problem!

  10. Back to the usability idea ... One should be able to have a UNIQUE reference number for each and every post. If users/moderators take the time to review posts, then they should be able to reference them BY NUMBER in their own personal notes and to others.

    Right now I cannot possibly suggest that you refer to comment xxxx from date xxxx under topic xxxx .....

    How about a simple SQL database to track things ??? These pop-up subcategories by keyword search are helpful, but they are not nearly complete !

    PS Number = xxxxxxxx + Section + 2 keywords…

  11. The Acrobat XI version before Acrobat XI Pro 2017 let the user export the current settings to a standard *.aaui file. That way, one could alter between preferences or GO BACK if a change was not working as needed/expected. It also allowed for exchange of settings between users if User B preferred concept used by User A ....

    For the life of me I cannot understand why I found this previous request to be 'DECLINED' :

  12. Duh is this Nov 2019? Why can't I search both titles only and entire text for all requests? Does Adobe seriously want/expect users and moderators to scan FORTY-FIVE (45) pages of a forum to weed out duplicate requests ?? .... I certianly do NOT want to put in a NEW request for something that's already in the count. WORSE YET, if the same concept is entered 4 times as 5 + 3 + 2 + 10 votes, then Adobe will surely not value that as 20 VOTES and will probably NOT fix it !!!   13. The Acrobat XI version before Acrobat XI Pro 2017 let the user drag the corner of the QAT (Quick Access Toolbar) so that it would expand to 2 or more lines. That way, the most-used icons would all be on the main screen without the insessant need to click on the 3 buttons to expand the options and see the icons .... Worse yet, if there are many icons, you have to press the down-arrow to get there. Yes, I understand that the icons can be 'moved up'.

  14. When I allow Acrobat to auto generate fields Acrobat named each field by the closest text, which is not always, most of the time, the best way to approach things.

    I suggest to allow renaming a group of selected items, if they are the same type. Now, when I select multiple fields, even if they are the same type, the field name and tool tip property fields are disabled.

  15. Add a feature to the Add Text function in Adobe Acrobat Pro DC so that a user can choose Opaque for a text box and avoid a Background image being visible through the text box. Also, the user should be able to choose a solid color to appear behind the text in the text box. This feature is so basic that it should have been in the product from the start. Photoshop Elements has had it for a long time!

  17. When editing a text box the text does not provide a preview of what it will look like at a certain width with the text wrap. This is a feature Bluebeam has that makes it quick and easy to see how the text box will appear as you adjust the size, saving time.

  18. Once the user sets the scale (also, look at having a "set custom drawing scale by measuring bar scale" option like Bluebeam), allow the user to customize the parameters of lines and shapes to create lines that are a certain length or rectangles and circles that are a certain size.

  19. The snapshot tool is already there, allow the user to past that snapshot within the same PDF. For users working with drawings it is helpful to be able to take a snapshot of a layout and move it to a different area. I worked around this by saving the snapshot as a JPEG and adding an image to the file, which is OK but the image may not come in at the correct scale which leads to errors.

  20. Longtime Bluebeam User... How can you not have toolbars permanently accessible? Similarly, when you create "quick tools" and you use one how to the tool properties (colors, fonts, etc.) not show up when the quick tool is selected for use. After using this for the last month I realize it is not really competing in the same space as Bluebeam but these are some functional items that cause users to make 4-5 clicks instead of 1, on markups of large plan sets this can add a lot of time to the effort, reducing efficiency.
