Problem with PKCS#7 signatures when using a Windows Digital ID (CSP)
We are writing to report a bug we have identified in Adobe Acrobat related to PKCS#7 digital signatures when signing without attaching the revocation status via CSP.
Issue Summary
When creating a PKCS#7 signature without adding the revocation status, the resulting signature is invalid.
Root Cause Analysis
After thorough investigation, we believe the issue originates in Adobe Acrobat's handling of the CSP calls. We logged that the function CPSetHashParam is called 63 times during the signing process, and an incorrect hash from the file is being passed. This results in an invalid signature being produced.

Allow Setting to keep on the same location of the page when moving between pages. This function is so important for review of large drawings, particular useful and very critical in design industry and construction industry with many design and work drawing, similar function have been adopted in other PDF viewing software to facilitate browsing between pages on the same location of the pages.

BUG FIX PLEASE - I'm no longer able to "select all" when using "Take a snapshot" function since last update
I used to be able to "select all" when taking a snapshot. Now this option is not available when using it.
I have to save it as an image file now to select and copy the whole image. Very time-consuming as I do this very often.
Please restore the ability to "select all" when taking a snapshot!

Get the "Pdf space" nonsense out of my workflow
As part of my work, I very frequently have to combine multiple pdfs into a single document. This used to be a straightforward, one-click action. Now I have to navigate a dropdown menu every single time to confirm that I want my combined pdfs to become a combined pdf. I do not want to "create an AI workspace and gain insights" and never will. This useless, tacked-on feature is making the basic functionality of your program worse.

Adobe Sign web version, there is a blue box that is informing users of "NEW! Edit text in your uploaded document...." STUCK on the screen.
Acrobat Sign web version, there is a blue box that is informing users of "NEW! Edit text in your uploaded document...." STUCK on the screen. Opening it in reading mode you can see that there is OK which is probably a button to acknowledge then it goes away. Cannot get rid of box permanently even deleting the element through Inspect. Users cannot fill out forms due to it glitching back to the top of the form.

Acrobat repeatedly validates digital signatures, causing severe performance issues
I use Adobe Acrobat on a Windows PC, and I am experiencing a significant usability problem when opening PDF contracts containing digital signatures.
Every time I open one of these documents, Acrobat attempts to validate the signatures again, even though I have previously opened and reviewed the same document. This process can take an excessive amount of time and, in some cases, causes Acrobat to become unresponsive, preventing me from navigating through the document.
I frequently need to refer to previously signed contracts. Repeated automatic validation provides little practical benefit in this situation, particularly when the document has not changed…

It would be helpful to have a "contacts" area for requestlng request signatures
I have several documents that all need the same people's signatures. Having a way for Adobe Sign to keep these emails and names for auto fill would be very helpful. Currently, I have to retype every name each time I send the document.

Feature Request: Sort Completed Documents by Final Signature Date
It would be very helpful to add a sorting option for completed documents based on the date the final signer completes the agreement. I often send many documents at once, and when completed agreements are sorted only by the original sent date, it is difficult to quickly identify recently completed items. Sorting by final signature date would make tracking and managing completed documents much more efficient.

Fix pdf clipping behind side panel while zoomed in.
Please make it so when I am zoomed in on a PDF, the right edge is not clipped off behind a the side panel where I can't read it. We need to zoom in to read the small text. We should be able to pan the page farther so the side of the doc is in the middle of the screen. This doesn't happen at all zoom levels all the time.

New Creation of PDF's annoying
The new update doesn't allow you to quickly use the create + tab to create a new file or combine files; however, instead takes you to a page where you have to click once again create pdf, then select the type such as clipboard, etc. Way too many unnecessary clicks where as before you simple used the tab click. Very annoying

Acrobat Pro prevents Windows 10 from Sleeping or Hibernating
Adobe Acrobat (version 2026.001.21789) is preventing Windows 10 from sleeping or hibernating, regardless of how it is launched. Sleep is not re-enabled until Acrobat is exited.
Additional diagnostic information is below. Here are the results from a powercfg /requests command showing the process which is preventing sleep. These processes disappear from this list after Acrobat is closed.

Text Box not working after June 2026 update
When trying to add text to a pdf the box will appear; but, when typing in a word the cursor will move; but, no characters appear.

I have been an Adobe pdf user for many years, one of the reliable features was viewing the thumbnail of the file so it doesn't matter what the name of the file is, you can always have access to the title page at a glance. even when that feature was corrupted there was always a patch file that can resolve. now that I am a paying user, the new Adobe pdf will close if I am offline which is inconvenient. Remove AI and clean up your feature request / bug reports
Remove AI. Also, actually look at your feature requests and bug reports. There are odd submissions for dating sites, fps hacks, and a bunch of other suspicious activity that does not belong here. Also, please remove AI. If you want me to use AI, I will and will stop using adobe. I bet ChatGPT can make me a better PDF than whatever garbage acrobat is doing.

AI is Useless
It gives you false information, no access to a human that can help. Wasted over 2 hours of my day. The software, which I have used for years, is glitchy and deleted my fonts, makes me manually change the title of a file after a save as, ridiculous! What are you doing Adobe? You usually have valued and top-notch products. Extremely disappointed. Considering just using Canva for free instead of paying for something that is so utterly frustrating and time consuming.

Print progress dialog shows the document title even if "Always use filename as document title" is enabled
Background:
When PDFs are saved from browsers and opened in Acrobat, the document title is displayed instead of the filename. This can be changed by going to Preferences > Documents and then enabling "Always use filename as document title".However, the document title is still displayed in the Acrobat's print progress dialog box (see the image attached).
Since the setting mentions "always" it should also display the filename here. Also, when enabled, this filename should be sent via lpszDocName member of the _DOCINFOW struct and should be available for applications that listen to StartDocW API.

Stop silently installing secondary apps and hijacking OS shortcuts (Adobe Express Photos)

A recent background update for Adobe Acrobat automatically installed Adobe Express Photos without user consent or notice.
Software updates must not bundle unwanted secondary software or disrupt existing workflows. Specifically:
…No unauthorized software installs: Acrobat updates should maintain and secure Acrobat, not silently install unrelated consumer apps. Do not hijack OS-level shortcuts: The app automatically hijacked the Windows Print Screen shortcut, overriding native OS tools (Snipping Tool) and user-defined hotkeys without asking. I just got off the phone with a customer service representative that was more than willing to cancel my services rather than give me a discount that I asked for since I've been getting billed annually back in 2018.
