How to find bugs in a software?
Finding bugs in software is an important to ensure a smooth and reliable user experience. Here are some steps you can take to effectively find bugs in your software:
Understand Requirements: Ensure you understand the software requirements thoroughly. Misunderstanding the requirements can lead to missing critical bugs.
Develop Test Cases: Create detailed test cases covering all possible scenarios, including edge cases. This helps ensure you don’t miss any part of the software.
Use Automated Testing: Implement automated testing tools for repetitive tests. Automation can save time and catch bugs early in the development cycle.
Perform Manual Testing: Complement automated testing with manual testing. Manual testers can provide insights into user experience and discover bugs that automation might miss.
Conduct Code Reviews: Regular code reviews by peers can help identify potential issues in the code before they become bugs.
Utilize Debugging Tools: Use debugging tools to step through your code and monitor the state of your application to catch bugs.
Run Performance Tests: Performance testing helps identify issues related to speed, responsiveness, and stability under load.
Beta Testing: Release a beta version to a limited audience to get feedback and identify bugs that were not caught during internal testing.
Track and Report Bugs: Use a bug tracking system to log, manage, and prioritize bugs. This helps ensure that all identified issues are addressed systematically.
Stay Updated with Latest Practices: Continuously learn and apply the latest testing techniques and tools in the industry.

important buttons in notification corner
How about moving all of the buttons with useful features out of the bottom right corner? I'm not sure how this is a surprise but when I receive a notification, email, TEAMS message, update message, every single one of them obscures all the buttons that have been inexplicably placed in one of the only high-traffic corners of a screen when using an application.

sending responses via online form to a different email address.
Please could we have the option to create an online form, but choose to have responses go to a different email address so it can be used to send info to other team members or external parties?

request a signaure
I am experiencing issues when sending files for signature request where the programme crashes before sending, predominantly when filling in the name box and text box on the review screen before sending. Ending the programme on task manager does not seem to resolve the matter.

Restoring PDF Portfolio Functionality in the New UI: Addressing Browsing Issues and Thumbnail Display
I would like to report a significant issue that has arisen with the latest update, particularly affecting the display and functionality of PDF Portfolios. Formerly, these portfolios showcased thumbnails that provided a visual preview of the contents, enhancing navigation and user experience. However, these thumbnails are now missing, replaced by a mere list format that significantly diminishes the portfolio's usability and aesthetic appeal.
Upon switching to the old UI, hoping to regain the lost functionality, I observed that while the thumbnail pane reappears on the left side, it only displays PDF icons instead of the actual thumbnails. This change not only impacts the visual representation but also the ease of navigation within the portfolio.
Moreover, the new "list" GUI introduces a cumbersome process where files are opened in separate tabs, disrupting the seamless browsing experience previously facilitated within a single tab in the old GUI. This crucial feature's absence cannot be overstated, as it significantly cripples our ability to navigate through files efficiently.
Navigating clients through the process of downloading Acrobat, setting up all the necessary preferences, and then instructing them to switch to an older interface — only to discover that even this UI's functionality has been diminished, as thumbnails within PDF Portfolios no longer display correctly — is embarrassingly awkward. It places us in the uncomfortable position of having to apologize for inconveniences that should never have occurred, all the while questioning what further complications future updates might introduce.
It's crucial to remember, Adobe, that as we bring new customers to your platform, the usability challenges imposed by these updates not only affect our workflow but also complicate our relationships with those clients. This time, the changes have made it significantly more difficult to advocate for your software.

New e-Sign Template Process Does Not Allot Uploading Multiple PDFs
Recent update changes the process as described in https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/document-cloud/help/create-template.html which used to allow individual PDF/doc uploads and shuffling to create templates (such as for updating contracts). New Template only allows a single doc to be uploaded which is, frankly, stupid.
What's the point of using e-Sign over services like DocuSign which allow templating for multiple files now?

Stop stealing from my business!
I am paying for my employees' time. When you take over their attention with marketing messages, you are stealing from my business. There are plenty of advertising platforms available. A productivity app shouldn't be one. You are betraying the trust of your customers.

How to Recover Gmail Account without Phone Number?
Use Account Recovery Page: Go to the Gmail account recovery page (google>) and follow the instructions. You’ll be asked to provide information like the last password you remember, the approximate date when you created your account, or any other details associated with your account. Google will then verify your identity and help you recover your account.

Location of Page Thumbnails in New Acrobat
As of March 2023, with the New Acrobat, the Page Thumbnails have been moved to the righthand side of the Acrobat interface. Please allow changing this to the lefthand side again, as an option, without having to revert to the "old" Acrobat.
I'm pretty sure I won't get many votes for this, and I'm pretty sure that the UX designers won't want to consider the change I request. I do want to relay that if the "old" Acrobat ever goes away, I'll switch to other software. Having the table of contents on the righthand side doesn't make sense to me. Acrobat is the one-off that is different, which is why it is such a pain. If you can convince other application developers, including those for Word and PowerPoint, to also switch to the righthand side, I'll gladly adopt the new Acrobat.

Bad UI / bug: floating comments box text hidden with useless whitespace
The old version of Acrobat (Pro X) allowed users to put comments on various items in the document, such as highlighted text, etc. and move those boxes around on the document and change their size.
Now, Acrobat (Pro 2019 and onward) obscures that comment box with a reply field and totally wasted blank space beneath it (see attached). A user shouldn't have to click on a comment box to see the text that's there. This is yet another example of HORRID user interface changes. While reply-type commenting is a useful feature, destroying the original comment box's functionality for those that WON'T be replying is a step in the wrong direction.

Nesting Bookmarks Bug
There seems to be a problem with creating new bookmarks. I'm nesting the bookmarks as I create them in order to keep myself organized, considering this PDF is almost 800 pages long. I'm finding that if I nest my most-recently-created bookmark under another one, all future bookmarks I create are also nested under the same bookmark.
However, once I wish to move one of these newly-created bookmarks to the root level, that is to un-nest them, the only way I can do so is to move them to the top of the list. Even if I try to un-nest them via the same movement method I see in YouTube video ID tCqXOaNC_Zg , the bookmark being dragged is still nested anytime I drag it to the bottom of the list, even if the line indicating where I'm moving the bookmark to is longer, indicating it will be at the root level. This erroneous behavior persists when dragging a bookmark to any other location other than the very top of the list.
I believe this is a UI bug because the functionality works, just as long as it's specifically at the top of the list and nowhere else.

This is like learning a new program and where to find/learn what the icons mean since they're so small and the images are difficult to decipher. How is this supposed to be an upgrade???? An upgrade is suppose to improve, not cause FRUSTRATION!!!!

Adobe saves file as a temp file name and forces user to resave as file
This is happening to me:
1. Opened existing file
2. Go to organize and delete one or two pages as necessary
3. Click the x so Adobe asks if I want to save, hit yes OR Choose file save to save the file
4. Adobe saves the file with a temp file name like A9rwqngxivbermkgo.tmp.pdf
5. Adobe throws an error message "The document could not be saved. Cannot save to this filename. Please save the file with a different document name or in a different folder.
6. I click ok and then have to do a save as in order to save the file as the same name.
7. Then Adobe saves it.This happens every time I open an existing file and delete a page or two and want to save the file.

Accessibility Tags for 3D Media
It is not possible to have an Accessibility Tag which is linked to 3D Media added in Acrobat.
We are a contractor to the U.S. EPA. They need to make ACCESSIBLE publicly available PDFs which contain our 3D Media.
This is an important missing capability. I have spent many hours on multiple support sessions, only to be given the conclusion THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE.

Recover Yahoo account without phone number and alternate Email
Go to the Yahoo Sign-In Helper, enter your Yahoo email, and follow the instructions to retrieve your Yahoo account without a phone number or other email address. In the event that the conventional recovery methods are unsuccessful, get in touch with Yahoo assistance through Yahoo Help Central and provide thorough account details to authenticate your identity.
