Dynamic stamps in Adobe Cloud
Do you intend to develop the possibility to apply dynamic stamps directly from Adobe Cloud rather than from Adobe Acrobat DC or Reader in order to avoid extra manipulations ?

Feature request: An option is needed to replace the underlying PDF of an existing Adobe Sign template
Feature request: An option is needed to replace the underlying PDF of an existing Adobe Sign template
It is common that the underlying PDF used for an Acrobate Sign template (like an agreement that is used often) is revised once in a while. Currently we need to re-create the Adobe Sign template from scratch every time the underlying PDF file has changed and recreate all the fields, instead of just being able to replace the underlying PDF with a new PDF, keeping the existing fields as they are.
The ability to replace the underlying PDF of a template exists with all other similar digital signature services (DocuSign for example, has this basic feature for years).

Initial Boxes Moving
At random times when sending documents for e-signature the field box for an initial is not at the location of where the box is on the template. The area for the user to click to initial/sign is showing in between two pages where they cannot access or control it.

fill in form field button
-The new update has the "Fill in Form Field" button in a prominent place on the toolbar and it is the only text looking button in the default toolbar. Everyone in my design office mistakenly thought it was the text box tool and was extremely frustrated trying to redline documents. As designers, we do not use this software primarily for forms or even text documents, but for reviewing and commenting on drawings. Though I customized my toolbar and added what I need, it is not possible to remove the Fill in Form button from the tool bar, or even to move it to a less prominent position. I am tech savvy and inquisitive, so I figured out the problem and how to get the buttons I need easily, but you cannot expect everyone to hover over the button, learn what it is used for and then figure out how to customize the toolbar. The DEFAULT toolbar should include some kind of regular text or comment button automatically, so that people over the age of 50 have even a chance of figuring it out on their own. Likewise, we users should be given the agency to remove unwanted tools, such as the Fill in Form button, in my case, from our toolbar. I have not once used it.
-Separately, please stop making the comment pane pop up automatically or enable that as a customizable setting I can turn off. Since the update, Acrobat keeps interpreting all text in my architectural CAD drawings as comments and opens them all in the comments pane even though they are NOT comments. It is annoying.
-Also, you should have a rotate page button in the toolbar by default and it should go both clock and counterclockwise. My drawings routinely export sideways and it's tedious to click edit and then the rotate button three times for every new document.
-Finally, I have been submitting this request since college (10 years ago), but please make a way to easily split scanned spreads into individual pages IN PAGE ORDER. Most professors scan books as full two page spreads. Sometimes I want to print or export them to my tablet as single pages so that it is more legible. There is STILL no way to automatically split them which blows my mind. Instead you have to duplicate each page, crop each of the twice as many pages and arrange them manually into page order. Sometimes the documents are hundreds of pages. It is wild this is still not a feature.

Add notification (something visible) for Combine File processing and update processing
There are at least two scenarios in which Acrobat is busy, but provides no activity/notification of what it's doing or that it's busy:
1) With auto-updates enabled, Acrobat will download and install the update in the background. During the installation, the Acrobat application will not respond to clicks for 15 seconds - 2 minutes or so and no notification of what it's doing will show
2) When combining files, each time a file is added, Acrobat doesn't respond to clicks (it is apparently preparing the file in the background to be converted) until that processing is complete. This behavior occurs with each file added
Given that there is no notification (not even a spinning wheel) of being busy, I feel that some users will force close the application thinking that it has locked-up (non-responsive).
If some sort of notification/indicator of business can be added for each of these, I believe it would improve the product.
Thank you,

Filling in text always messes up in strange ways
I pay for the Adobe CC. I love all the apps but Acrobat, which is now unusable. Not because I can't figure out the interface, but because the program is so buggy as to
be essentially unusable. Just trying to type text in a text box causes everything to go haywire and suddenly part of the text I've been typing at the bottom of the document appears all over in random places on the other pages of the document. Sometimes as I'm typing it stops working altogether and I can no longer access the text box. It will even crash the entire program and make me lose all my work. It isn't a hardware issue, because if I need more computing power than I'm running just to use acrobat then there is something seriously wrong with acrobat (maybe take the AI out if that is causing all the problems?)I don't want AI. I don't care about learning a new interface. I just want the **** thing to work and it doesn't.

Add Text & Auto Generated Text Box Bug
When I select Edit PDF and Add Text, text boxes automatically generate in a way that make no sense. (This happened with a scanned pdf form with text boxes.) In addition, the cursor will not allow me to add text outside the automated text box that Adobe generated. First off, auto generated text boxes should line up with existing boxes on a form (regardless of being a scanned copy). Second, Add Text shouldn't be restricted to autogenerated text boxes. I am using Adobe Pro Version 2023.006.20320 on a Windows 11 computer. See screen shot.
The only work around I see is to Edit Prepare a Form, add a text field, Save, and then add your text.

Alternate required fields
I have an agreement form I use a lot where I want the signer to choose one of two checkboxes, "yes, I agree to [a sub agreement]" vs "no, I do not agree to [the sub agreement]." I want it to be required that the signer check one of the boxes. Obviously, I can't make each of the two boxes required, because then the signer would be giving contradictory answers to the question.
More generally, my feature request is that it be possible to have more complex field requirements. One version would require that only one out of a group of fields be filled. Another version would require that at least one out of a group of fields be filled.
I realize that in some circumstances, I could limit a signer to choosing one out of several options by using a droplist of answers, and making that field required. However, in my situation, I have reasons to prefer offering the question with two separate check box answers, "yes" vs "no." And regardless, the droplist option does not solve the problem when I want to allow multiple answers requiring at least one with it being optional to give additional answers.
This is related to, but different, from another feature request, "Conditional Required Fields," https://acrobat.uservoice.com/forums/590923-acrobat-for-windows-and-mac/suggestions/44924401-conditional-required-fields.
Thanks!

BUG REPORT: Classic Accessibility Checker Not catching all issues
In our office we have somepeople that have Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 - Classic and some people have Adobe Acrobat Pro - Continuous Release.
We believe there are missing accessibility issue flags in the Acrobat Pro 2020 - Classic, specifically with the table headers, however, we are not certain if the issue extends byond this.
We will run the checker on a document and in Acrobat Pro - Continuous Release there are more issues flagged than there are in Acrobat Pro 2020 - Classic. Here are the following steps we follow on both Classic and Continuous Release:
Step 1: In your PDF, go to your Accessibility tool on the right-hand side of the window.
Step 2: Click on Accessibility Check
Step 3: Click on Start Checking (same result regardless of category)
Step 4: Review the Issues - this is where the error shows up. We see more in the current release version than we do in the classic version.
I included the Abouts for both to show the versions.
I also included the results for the Classic version and the Current Release version for the issues flagged by the accessibility checker. The current release is the expected outcome and the Classic is the observed outcome. This is being done on Windows 10 Pro.

Fediverse account names and unwanted creative cloud uploads
If there is a comment written by someone else with a fediverse account name of the format [@]xxxx[@]xxxx.xxxx any attempt to edit that comment will trigger an unwanted sharing link being sent and an upload into the Creative Cloud. There needs to be an option to disable Acrobat from ever sharing a file via Creative Cloud without explicit permission to do so as this represents privacy risks.

Identify a Portfolio file from a single PDF file
Need to be able to identify a Portfolio PDF file from a single pdf file, or a 'combined' file when viewing all PDF files in our folders. There doesn't seem to be any way to know unless every file is opened and viewed - there is nothing in the Properties that identifies it, nor in the filename extension. Please provide a quick method for identify a portfolio file separately from other pdf's in a folder.
