click and drag files
In Preview/other apps, you can click+drag the name of a file and it will become an attachment (as if you had click+dragged from a filesystem like Finder - see image) that you can drop into finder, emails, document uploads, etc. I think this is a crucial feature to be able to do this in Acrobat.
I used to workaround this by right-clicking the title and pressing "Reveal in Finder", where I could then click and drag to my folder/location. However, now 'reveal in finder' is not even there. (see attached image) This makes using these files super difficult!

Allow Selection of Text in PDF Popups
I use Acrobat to read schematic diagram PDFs output from Altium. One feature is that if you click on a component (such as a transistor) the PDF is designed such that a pop-up window comes up and displays data about that component, such as it's part number. The troublesome part is that you can't select and copy anything in the popup window. I don't know if that's an Adobe SW item or has something to do with how Altium designs its PDFs, but it would be WONDERFUL to be able to select and copy information from that pop-up.

Steps to reproduce the issue: Copy a range of cells from Excel and use ctr+V to paste it into a pdf page that has a landscape orientation. If you click on the image that is pasted the box used to rotate and resize the image does not align with the image. A work around is if you paste into a portiate orientation pdf page and then rotate the page afterwards the bounding box lines up.
Environment: Windows 11, Excel Microsoft 365 for desktop Version 2312
Expected result: bounding box aligns with pasted image.
Observed result: bounding box does not align with pasted image.

save as dialog
Improvements for Save As... dialogue:
- extend recent folder from 5 to ... in options (5 locations is not enough for me)
- add Nextcloud as a cloud service provider (API's are available)
- add an option to disable the Adobe "extra" save as... dialogue as the default Windows Shell save window has way more functionality (more bookmarks and direct access to cloud or network folders not supported by adobe.

We can't mark something in OCR as "not text" anymore in the new UX/UI
I'm trying Acrobat Pro and it seems that the new UI that we can try doesn't allow me to correct OCR by marking something as "not text". With the old UI, you can simply erase the garbage text next to the picture, and press "OK" or whatever, then this part of the document stops being considered as text.

New Interface - exiting preview mode
It's really inconvenient to have the EXIT PREVIEW button on the exact opposite corner of the screen from where you first click to go into the Preview mode. It's a waste of time and energy to have to move the cursor all the way across the screen when you're going in and out of Preview mode all the time.

*BUG* Edit Webform when Disabled or in Draft Mode
In Adobe Acrobat Pro, in the past I've created and Edited a Webform. Edits I've made are: Added / Removed Files, Changed the Webform Name, Added and Edited Fields etc. NOW, I can not make ANY of those same edits when a Webform has been created. It does not matter the state (Draft, Disabled, etc). Adobe Scan Biometric Photo
Adobe Scan is missing "Scanning a Biometric Photo" feature.
This is common need in general document processes and a very useful option.
Actual apps on the market does not work well or not practical.

Align text to bottom of field
There is currently not a way to align text vertically within a text field. The only alignment options are left, center or right. I would like to be able to have the text align bottom center or center left.

MUST NEEDED TWEAKS TO SAVE TIME
Too much time is wasted by doing the simple little things and I want to address the little things that make PDF editing a big time consumer.
1) When copy and pasting anything from images, Text and especially New Text Fields they should paste right on top of their duplicate by default location.
A) It's easier to locate them
B) Way too time consuming moving it back to the default location so then you can continue on and just keyboard arrow key them over and into place where you want
It wastes so much time especially when you have to do multiple2) After Copy & Pasting and it's now on top of of the duplicate from 1.
if you wanted to click and drag it into place of where you want it so it's in line with the original a soft mouse lock should happen so you can just drag it up or down left or right or within 5 pixels it snaps back on the line with the closest edge your dragging.A) It's very time consuming spending way too long to get things in line by dragging since keyboard arrow keys come close or too far over if you wanted it to look neater
right now you have to zoom right in and drag it pixel perfect, I hate it.
B) Get things in line much faster and complete PDFs faster & neater

Please add the ability to hold SHIFT then drag any Text, Text Field Field or Image to make a selection. Holding SHIFT then clicking shouldn't deselect your selection, letting go of SHIFT then clicking should.
Anything that touches the selection while using SHIFT should just get added to the selectionA) So much more helpful and easier making selections because you can control what you want selected better
B) Right now it's very time consuming and double handling by trying to select right around specifics then having to deselect what you don't want one by one instead of just be able to select what you want
B) More functionality for the basic task of making selections5) We have Edit PDF which can edit Images and Text Boxes
We have Prepare Which can edit Text Fields but images should have its own tool with separate features like:
a quick black and white filter, Eye dropper to select a colour, Paint bucket to fill in large areas quickly, changing the size (Wish it didn't lose quality)A) No longer accidently click then unintentionally and sometimes unknowingly move an image to later discover that it doesn't look right to waste time trying to fix that was fine to begin with
B) keeping the different type of edit separate
C) Can add more tweaks if its in it's own section6) Ability to drag an image into Acrobat on a specific PDF and it will load there instead of a new PDF
A) It's just a faster method of getting an image if you can already see it onto the PDF instead of attaching an image then finding the location and selecting it
If you wanted it on another PDF Create new PDF then drag it in on a new one.7) Better way of handling large gaps between words in a Text Box usually happens on the last sentence to make them fit so its not seriously time consuming every time just to get it to look right.
A) I end up giving up with how messy the spaces look just to save time fiddling around to make it perfect which is very annoying.
8) Ability to merge and unmerge text boxes manually without the text moving
A) Saves time if you want multiple text boxes to contain the same format or edit by selecting all in the one text box
B) Saves time if you want to move them all at once9) For Radio Buttons please add an option for the whole inside circle to be filled in instead of a dot
A) Personal preference as it saves time moving the inside dot bigger to cover the area inside then copy and paste it to tweak further for different sizes
10) Hitting CTRL + F brings up Find if you search a word "The" you can find the next word "the" if you are in the edit PDF tool it should automatically go in the text box if applicable
you could just hit DELETE on the keyboard and it will remove it or you could start typing and it will make changes instantly. Also it should be highlighted whilst editing until you click next or get out of findA) Saves time clicking then dragging on text that's already selected
B) Speeds up editing11) Ability to extract fonts from a PDF instead of going to another program or finding the font then to download and install just to do this makes me question why?
12) "Access all tools on the left-hand panel"
Please move them back to the original spot on the right like how it was.Just seeing this makes me not want to update.
13) Why does this site not recognise new points if they have a period at the end? had to end with a ")" for the numbers to change otherwise they were all 1.

replace text delay
When I want to replace text, I right click on text and select "Add Note to Replace Text". Then I start typing. But the first few characters of what I type are always missing from the note that is generated. Please fix this lag.

Increasing the thickness of displayed text in macOS
The thickness of displayed text in macOS is very thin compared to native program like preview making it very hard to read, specially with math equations. All current options for increasing the text thickness do not help. Could you please allow users to increase the text thickness?

Bug Adobe Digital Editions
This is a bug for Digital Editions, there is no option to choose it from the dropdown menu. I run Windows 11 and digital editions no longer opens. It runs in background processes for about a second and then disappears. I have restarted, run as administrator, and uninstalled/reinstalled to no avail.
