1. After I export a pdf as images and combine the files, I'm not allowed to save the combined file.

   After exporting a pdf as images and combining the files. It won't save the combined file. When I hit "save" and choose a location it doesn't save and the save icon stays lit. This only happens with images I export from Acrobat. I can combined PDFs perfectly fine. I have Windows 11

2. Pdf files not secure with third party sites

   PDF files cannot be protected from converting to other document types.Even after using Pro version,encrypting with password, others could convert our documents to word file using 3rd party sites.If using encrypting with certificate,conversion is not possible but others cannot view our document.What is the solution to secure our pdf files allowing others to view but not to print,edit or convert?

   The chat window won't let me scroll up past 2-3 messages. This is stupid because the rep had given me a link to come here and I couldn't get back to it.

   Additional comment: We all know companies don't want to actually ever talk to their paying customers, but making us type the SAME question more than five times in that auto chat before we get a live person is particularly bad form.

5. Make Pro DC work like LiveCycle

   LiveCycle Designer was years ahead of what Adobe Pro DC is able to do. I realize this was for XFA PDFs, but why would this newer technology be much more limited than what was available in 2012.

6. Adobe Sign Workflow - please make settings more customizable & user-friendly

   1) Please allow settings so that a sender can go into their console and re-use a previous transaction without having to start the workflow all over again for a very similar document. For e.g. if I sent out Purchase Req. (PR) form #1, there should be an option for a user to clone the transaction and send PR Form #2 using all the same settings, without having to start the PR workflow. Sort of like the option to resend an email in Outlook – its really a new email but you can use the wording etc. in the previous email.

   2) Also within Workflow, allow modification of sent documents before they are signed by the first signor. I have that selected in the Group I assigned to my Workflow but it still isn’t showing the option to modify an agreement. This is so very annoying as this workflow is widely used within my company of almost 500 employees. As an admin, I have to apologize to so many for the lack of that option for the workflow “I” set up.

7. Output Preview Page Rendering

   I know that is not a big issue for the creator who's worked on this update, but it is a very big one for the user. We tried to keep using Acrobat XI the longer as possible, but we had to go in DC, the visual is discutable, but the issue with Output Preview (page rendering, flickering, slow appearance) this is unacceptable!! For a person who's verify many thousand pages per day, it's very frustrating. As an important company as Adobe, this is a lack of respect for the customer, I'm very disapointed.

8. Do you need an ITIN number for your business?

   If Koshika LLC is a U.S. business entity that does not have a Social Security Number (SSN), and it has to file tax returns with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS), then it may need to apply for an Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN).

9. "Quotation Marks" don't work in search!

   Legal agreements often have defined terms in quotation marks.

   when searching and including the quotation marks in the search box, acrobat won't find the terms. See attached screenshot.

10. Effective Way to convert OLM to PST Microsoft - MAC, Windows and Linux (2023)

    Sharing OLM file might be the difficult task but, from now you can do all these things with ease because by converting the OLM file into PST file you can easily share the OLM file with the windows users.

11. Edit Wrongly entered email address during e-signature request

    After sending a request for e-signature, there is no provision to edit a wrongly entered email address especially if the document is to be signed by many people and the wrong address is in the middle of the signing order. Attempts to edit are thwarted by the restriction of "this document has been signed and cannot be edited"! If the document is still being e-signed and not completed, editing should be allowed and if a signed member's signature has been interfered with, then a notification should be sent to that member to verify before the document is finalized. Currently, I have a document with the wrong address entered and I haven't received information on what I should do because the email address doesn't exist or it has been received by the wrong person. I have no way of typing in the correct address or at least removing the address from the list midway.

12. Bottom of comments collapse arrow/bar

    I often compare one PDF to another, and the prev version will have lots of comments to make sure I address. To help myself keep track of where I've made it to as I go, I collapse the page's comment list as I complete a page. I really wish there was a small collapse bar with an up arrow/caret at the bottom of each page's comments list, since when I read the last comment about a page, I've scrolled quite a bit in the comments bar and have to scroll up again to collapse the page's list from the top. For ease of continuing, if I could collapse from the bottom of a long list of comments, that would make starting onto the next page that much easier/faster with no scrolling back up!

13. Detect and remove duplicate pages

    I want to be able to have Acrobat detect and remove duplicate pages in my PDF. I have a document that has 124 extra pages that are duplicates of pages existing elsewhere in the document, but they aren't all next to each other, so I cannot easily determine which ones they are for removal.

14. Incorrectly entered email appear in Request e-signature need to be deleted/cleared

    Needs to be a way to clear incorrect email addresses from Request E-signatures. Some of my staff has typed in incorrect emails that keep popping up in autocomplete and will inadvertently use them which cause the document to go nowhere; no notification that it was incorrect. Need a way or tool to clear cache or individual incorrect email addresses.

    Example. Correct email is John.smith@network.com
    Staff type incorrectly at some point and sent request to Johnsmith@network.com. Since has entered correct email. When typing the correct and incorrect emails both pop up in autocomplete and staff sometimes inadvertently hit the incorrect one.

15. Ajust the message at Adobe sign

    After signing the document for all, the system shows the message "Document was updated after signing”, But the message "Document was updated after signing" is confuse, there has been no change in document, the annotation is created by AdobeSign itself. But with this message our partners are questioning, how can a document be changed after signature. Is it possible change or alter this message for "Document was uploaded after signing"?

16. Bug

    When trying to organize pages, and clicking on multiple pages to move them, half the time before you can finish picking the pages, it decides to make copies of the pages. All I'm doing is holding down the control key and clicking on individual pages with the mouse. How it perceives to make copies out of the blue is both mind-boggling and infuriating. Please fix this.
