Editing name of a user in Admin center > users
Administrators don't have the ability to change the name of the user after the license has been assigned to the email address. Ability to edit the name would help with user management in the scenario if the name was misspelled or not added. Currently only the user can change the name.

Permanently disable "reopen closed PDFs" nag box
You've been asked to do this for years. MAKE IT HAPPEN finally. I mean come on. It's about time you gave "pro" users pro tools, such as being able to FULLY customize our Acrobat workspace so that amateur annoyances such as this can go away forever. If I want hand holding I'll ask for it.

Acrobat Pro DC Crash
Why is it so difficult to report a bug for Adobe? Your product is a joke. Half the time it works, and the other half of the time, you can't do anything. When I can't do anything, it's either because not a single document will even open up, or if you are able to open it up, the loading bar just goes around and around and around and you can't edit anything. It just freezes up. I have restarted my computer several times. Restarted Adobe several times. Checked to make sure I have the most current version downloaded, and I do. Logged out of all Adobe applications and logged back in, and it's still the same issue. I was not able to edit ANY of my documents yesterday afternoon, and now, noon the following day, I still haven't been able to edit anything. This happens all the time. Doesn't matter if I'm hooked up to the internet via Wi-FI or with an ethernet cable. The problem still persists. I could not be more disappointed in this product.

Clients think documents are signed when they aren't. Interface improvements required.
Using Adobe Sign today, I also found that the field automation didn't work. The message would show that fields are available, but then when you click the icon to apply the fields, the message would come back that it couldn't find any locations to place a field, totally not recognizing the Signature or date lines requiring manual field placements.
In the date line options, please add: yyyy-mm-dd - HH:MM:ss
(required by the Canada Revenue Agency on their T183 Authorization to E-file signature forms). I have to always enter this text manually.Also, clients are finding Signing the form confusing. I had several clients today saying that all files are signed, but they aren't. I had to simulate the signature on my end and send them step by step snapshots of the process before they finally got them signed. They thought that once they hit "Finish", they were done, and didn't realize they had to push the "Click to Sign" button. I also found that on a cellphone, if I accidentally swiped the page while trying to finish the signing process, the page would refresh causing me to have to start all over again. I'm guessing this could also make a client think that the document was all signed and submitted! More user feedback is required to help the client recognize the steps to sign their documents. (ie: "Exit without signing" vs "Finish"), place the "Click to Sign" button in a better location so clients see it. Last year, an Adobe Cookie popup at the bottom of the screen blocked that "click to sign" button so the 80+ year old senior citizen client couldn't see it. And with all the computer scams happening these days, people are fearful of pushing buttons they don't understand. I recreated the document on a couple different computers in my house trying to understand why the client was having so much difficulty before encountering that cookie popup on one of my computers. Once that was resolved, the client was able to sign. Simple things to resolve by improving the front end to make things clearer for the client.

Why can't I copy the text just as it is in my original document?
I am trying to copy both Thai text and Burmese text from a Pdf document. But these are not recognized languages in this Adobe program so it tries to copy them as English and makes a mess of them. Why can't the text be copied over as it appears in the original document? Then, I could use Google translate to change that into English. There is no need for Adobe to recognize the language being copied, just copy it exactly as it is in the original document.

cannot save the file
There is many ticket about save as problem.
When you try to save as, you just get the blank sheet. The same thing occurs when you try to share file. I cannot take a capture because the blank sheet disappear when I open the snipping tool.
This problem has been years but now it has been for months. To save the file I have to print pdf as a file by windows. This is not long term solutions because I lost the pdf preferences.I have paid Adobe creative cloud, adobe acrobat DC and distiller DC. The program is up to date.
Windows specs:

Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Usage Statics Report
It would be helpful to determine how best the User from our Enterprise ID Plan uses Adobe Acrobat Pro DC application if a report that could be generated to brief the usage statistics for a period of past 60-90 days.
It would also be helpful for us to MANAGE/RE-ALLOCATE the license to a CORE USER instead of Poor Usage User

Problems with jpeg2000 in pdf since version 2021.011.20039
Since the last update to version 2021.011.20039, Acrobat DC no longer displays PDFs with JPEG2000 compressed images. When loading, the error message 'Insufficient data for an image' appears. Previous versions of Acrobat DC had no problems with these files. Other viewers on the market can still display these PDFs.
What's the mistake here? A problem in Acrobat DC or in the file?

Expiry date for password
It would be useful to be able to set an expiry date on the password. I sell 1 year licenses of resources and password protect them. Ideally I would like to have the password expire in a year so the customer can't access it unless they purchase a new license

Edit default text (color, font, size) for Measure Tool
The measurement tool lacks any ability to change the text font, size, and color for measurement labels, the default is not sufficient especially because it tends to glitch and turn from an Ariel type font to a very spaced out Courier font which is not convenient for measuring small distances, the perimeter and area measure tool should also enable text callouts.

Feature request: overwrite open PDF file with same name
Often when exporting a file as a PDF, I will accidentally have the old version already open. I then receive a message saying "Cannot save to the file "xyz.pdf", because it is already open."
It would be helpful if there was an option to "save anyway and overwrite open file", so that I don't have to cancel the export process, close the open PDF file, and then go through the export process again.

Allow the 'Select all' tool to select all the content of all pages at once
I've never used a program that can edit documents that doesn't let the user select all content of all pages in the document at once, yet that is how Adobe Acrobat works. it seems impossible to select all the content of a PDF to do something as simple as say change the font size/color etc.
Please please add this as an additional option, either by making a second repeat of the command select across all pages or making the command work with a different key combination.
I still can't quite believe I'm writing this request... surely I have it wrong and this is possible, yet it seems that it isn't.

Redact feature no longer functions properly
I have hundreds of pages to redact in a scanned document and when I hit apply the screen over the document goes gray and a solid white box appears in the center. The white box usually give the options to use in the redaction process. I have to close Adobe with Task Manager. This is unacceptable. This is a recurring problem. I managed to clear it with difficulty a few weeks ago and the malfunction has returned. Please don't tell me to update. I checked. There are no outstanding updates. This is disappointing and annoying as I expected better from your company. I work for a large state agency that uses your product with a license. I've seen other people with the same complaint. This defect needs to be addressed.
