  1. Adobe Sign frequently freezes when entering the request for signature page. This has been an ongoing issue on multiple workstations in our office.

  2. Integration with Zapier.

We currently use Adobe Sign to send our application to applicants, with a signature request. It does take a few moments to set things up for this to be sent. It would be a great time saver if we could set up a zap in Zapier to automatically send this document with the signature request and the email already filled out.

  4. I believe my Acrobat Pro DC (Windows) has auto updated and I cannot now access Pitstop Pro tools (or indeed other plugins).
I have tried the Enfocus workaround i.e. turning off 'Open documents as new tabs in the same window (requires restart)'. However, when I turned this option off, closed Acrobat, restarted Acrobat and went to turn on the above option again, it is already on.
Any suggestions? I am running Acrobat Pro DC 2020.013.20066, and Enfocus Pitstop Pro 2019.

  6. There has to be a way to upgrad/increase the number of signatures you can have in Adobe sign, when you have Acrobat /Sign through Creative Cloud(US$600)
That you have to buy Acrobat again with the "small business-plan"(US$420) on top of the creative cloud plan not reasonable.

Please make it possible to upgrade the numbers of signatures within the creative cloud plan.

  7. Sometimes when I scan, there is a lot of empty space around that I would like to delete using Adobe Acrobat DC.

Currently, the cropped content is only hidden, and it increases the file size. This feature was also discussed here:

  8. Windows 10 Enterprise, version 1909
Adobe Acrobat Standard DC, version 2020.012.20041
Two screens with different scales: 125% (3840x2160) and 100% (1920x1080)

When I have the comment pane open and move Acrobat between screens with different resolutions, the comment pane becomes is cut short. This behaviour appears to be strictly related to multi-screen environments where the screens have different scales. When I set both screens to the same scale (125%) the problem disappeared.

Workaround: after moving Acrobat from one screen to another, I select another tool on the task pane (like Export PDF) and then I select Comment on the task…

  13. When I go to edit text, there is a huge danger than boxes move. I don't want to edit format. I want to edit text. You make that hard and dangerous. I am wasting time, fixing boxes that should never have moved just because I wanted to color code section of the document to make each section easier to see and to fill out. And they don't always move the way I want them to to get back in place. Why is sit so hard! Split the process if you need to so that I edit text or I edit…

  17. PDF DC needs a way to split a document into multiple files with varying page ranges by name. Under the split feature, there could be a table to fill in (or paste into) a list with "new file names" and the page range for that new file. This way you could extract multiple sections of a PDF at once. If this is not possible, an action script or plugin, as part of DC purchase, to import lists to create bookmarks, rather than manually creating them. This way one could split a file by bookmarks (already a feature) quickly by first…

  18. Unable to perform an offline installation of adobe pro 2020.

    Version 20.0001.30002

I have attempted to use the Adobe Provisioning Toolkit. I am able to generate a request code, accept the request code on adobe's website, and generate a response code.

the response code provides error code 14 when entered.

I continuously get the roundabout from adobe support that I just need to enter the response code when prompted and also that offline activation is not supported.

The environment that I am installing adobe acrobat pro 2020 is completely offline and cannot connect to the internet.

  19. Hi Adobe,

Since fill&sign is easily available in Adobe Reader and Adobe Acrobat, hence could you incorporate fill&sign feature in G-suite Google Drive Adobe Acrobat DC too? Thanks.

    Hi,

Thanks for providing your feedback. I will share your feedback with the engineering team and let you in case we have any updates.

  20. Every time I use alternate characters or style set of a font in a PDF created in Illustrator or InDesign, if the text is edited in Acrobat the characters revert back the the default.

An example is using the font Circular. If I set my font to style set 2 (single story "a") in Illustrator or InDesign, and try to edit the PDF in Acrobat, the font defaults to style set 1 (double story "a").

It would be nice if Acrobat either preserved advanced font settings or offered the same settings. What is the point of customizing your fonts in…
