  1. Improve your subscription pricing, trial and cancellation policy for individuals

    Please consider updating the pricing, trial and cancellation policy for your product subscriptions. Your monthly subscription fees are way too expensive for individual customers, with one exception - your photography plan. Your photography plan is a great value. Why can't your other plans be like that?

    Also, who can remember to cancel within 7 days? When you start charging monthly fees for a yearly plan so quickly, and then charge a ridiculous amount (50%!) for your cancellation fee, it makes me feel like you couldn't care less about your customers - you just want to make a buck. Is that…

    I constantly create PDF's all day long. There used to be a way to have a button for Create a Scanned PDF Using Custom Scanner Setting. That button would be on the home screen when you opened adobe. The button is still there because I created it. However, when I open Adobe, I have to click Tools then Create PDF for the button to appear. I click this same button at least 100 times or more a day.   3. Stream Issues

    Clean up the memory handling of the software. Tired of getting the problem with the stream when trying to review multiple PDFs at once. (Have 15 open for about an hour and they start needing to be reloaded. Computer has 32GB Ram and it is only using 10GB at the time of the issue!)

  6. Type of Form selection bug

    Talking about signature boxes but it applies to all forms in Form Editing

    When you select the signature box tool using your keyboard and hit enter, it places the box dead center in your screen rather than just selecting the signature box for placement with your mouse. This only started doing this after my adobe DC pro updated on Nov 5/2020

  7. Prepare Form Bug

    When creating a pdf using the Prepare Form function, text boxes that are created separately and have separate fillable fields associated with them are automatically grouped together after saving and then reopening the pdf. This creates a problem when trying to format the document. I need to be able to move each text line/box separately to format, but when the text lines/boxes get automatically grouped together, I lose the ability to format each individual text line/box. I have tried to re-separate the individual text lines into separate text boxes, but when I save the pdf and reopen it, the text…

  8. Sync Document Cloud Files to local machine

    I up voted a similar idea which is currently under review but adding a new request to be slightly different. With Adobe now pushing Document Cloud as a comparable service to Creative and Experience, + the verb strategy; can you enable Sync for Document Cloud files to my local machine?

    Today if I scan documents or even sign documents? would it be possible to sync my Document Cloud documents locally? You have Creative Cloud files syncing - why not Document Cloud files?

  10. Ability to view from "bottom to top" in addition to "top to bottom"

    I edit PDF documents and need to look consistently at different sections of each page at a time. Currently, I need to just look at the bottom section of each page, while zoomed in. If I go to navigate to the next page, the view automatically goes to the top of the next page which necessitates me scrolling down each time. I'd love functionality where you can navigate to the next page and you'd be "anchored" at the bottom of the page rather than the top. Thanks! : )

  11. Create reminders to send document

    As a user, I create and prepare a document to be sent at a later date. It appears that, currently, you can only create reminders once they are sent. I would like the ability to also create reminders to send documents that includes notifications that are past due.

  13. Improved command line option in acrobat pro please

    I would like, for example, to be able to call acrobat pro with a command line saying things like open these two files and text compare, close if compare equal. I appreciate that this is almost a macro task ... But why not create a macro language that allows programmers to extract value from their investment in your product.

  14. No Longer Able to Keep Tool Selected

    You are not able to keep a tool selected any longer. If you use it once, then it reverts back to the cursor. Stamps, highlighter, comments, all of them. This had been a feature in Acrobat since I can remember and all of a sudden they removed it. WHY? Bring it back. There are several other people on here complaining of the same thing but if they don't respond, they say the issue is resolved. It is not in any way "resolved". Please bring back asap.

  15. Worst program provided by IT

    We receive computers from our IT department with Acrobat DC pre-installed. It is the very first thing I remove because it a) takes up over 2GB of space and b) runs resource-consuming, useless background services. As a point of fact, uninstalling Acrobat leaves behind those useless services. Those services do nothing for the user but consume resources. Acrobat DC itself is bloated and a huge pain to view documents with. Adobe completely takes it users for granted and produces low quality software as a result.

  16. Editing a document

    I have tried editing it in a few ways, but I can’t move or alter anything other than text (all edit options on the right hand side are blocked). I need to change fomatting and background etc.

  17. Acrobat Pro DC

    It would be nice, for managing user licenses, if one could report on last used for the various Adobe products. Licenses that are not and/or rarely being used, can be assigned to users that need them instead of having to purchase additional licenses.
    I can extract the user listing, it would be of service to find last login.

  18. Use of dedicated graphics in Acrobat

    Could you please allow Acrobat software to utilize high-end dedicated graphics on dual system machines (integrated + dedicated graphics).

    Taking online clases a lot of PDF material is used while using Adobe Acrobat it is difficult to mark a particular area, write on document or draw a diagram.

  20. Text Field with Number Format changing values

    When I create a text field and change it to a number field, I can only enter numbers which is good. However, at the 17th digit, the value of the number changes strangely. If you put all 1s, the 17th 1 will become a 2 every time. This seems to happen with any number longer than 17 digits. How do I fix this?
