  1. As description says the border of the Property toolbar leaves a trail when I drag it around the screen (see the attached photo). This happens on Windows 10 Pro x64 1901 build 18363.535, processor Core i9-9900RF, video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660 Super, 16 GB RAM. However, I can reproduce this bug even on a much weaker device like Microsoft Surface Pro with Core i5 7300U on it and when I use the Pen instead of mouse. Acrobat DC Pro full version is 2020.009.20065

  3. I currently have a Adobe DC account and have recently tried to integrate Adobe Sign into Microsoft Teams. The feature works mostly but when it comes to sending a document and selecting where the signature should go, you cannot. It seem's ridiculous that you can download Adobe Sign in Teams but you cannot use the function unless you upgrade your account to Adobe Sign Enterprise. I have spent hours on the phone to Adobe and I couldn't get a clear answer until recently.

  5. Hello Adobe/Acrobat Team,

Please add an option to save guides when saving PDFs. Having to reset guides each time I open a document is frustrating.

    Thank you

  6. It would be awesome to be able to center images, text and textboxes in the PDF instead of having to pull out the ruler and drag the objects manually.
The feature has been requested for years and should be a standard feature, please add it asap.

  7. You need to add that back ASAP. As it is now, you can only share ONE file at a time.

  8. Fields become "ghost fields"; they still show up in the sidebar on the right and you can still open their properties. However, you cannot select the form field and type text in it. You also can't change the properties, like name and tooltip fields; when you try to, and click away from the field you just changed, they revert back with no notification. This happens every time I open this file in a different application, such as an Accessibility plug-in called CommonLook, and has happened with other files too. Fixing tags in the plug-in causes forms to break in Acrobat,…

  9. I move, add, delete thumbnails in the preview on left. Often I must undo or redo a change but no edit undo exists for this. I have to hope I haven't hit "save" or else I have no chance of recovering a deleted page. Or if I've moved a page, I have to remember where and manually move it back, as no "undo" and "redo" exists for this purpose. If you could "undo" and "redo" for editing thumbnails (and not just the content of the document), it would be fantastic.

  10. It's not an idea, it's a request to stop crashing!!
I'm trying to edit documents, it has now crashed on me 4 times and I've lost my work each time. I pay monthly, this should not be happening.

  11. In Adobe Acrobat Pro DC's Prepare Form mode, before one of the more recent updates, I could click and drag my mouse over 1 or more interactive PDF form fields to select/modify and move them as desired.

When I wanted to click away/deselect them, the selected items would simply deselect no matter where I clicked (including existing text elements) and leave me in Prepare Form mode.

Now, when I attempt to deselect interactive fields by clicking on any element, such as text, Adobe Acrobat Pro DC takes me to Edit Text & Images mode.

If I want to click and…

  12. Linux users are in dire need of a PDF reader and editor ever since Adobe discontinued the Adobe Reader (version 9.x) for Linux!

None of the currently available (free or proprietary) PDF readers for Linux has proper support for annotating and commenting PDF files. Filling forms and signing documents is also only rudimentary supported by some of the currently available PDF readers for Linux.

Thus, this is a request to revive Linux support for the latest Adobe Reader as well as the full Adobe Acrobat suite.

    1. Steps to reproduce this issue
      2A) Two files are selected
2B) "Compare Text only" is checked
2C) In settings, either "Autodetect" or "Presentation Decks" is selected. The result is incorrect with either choice.
2D) In settings, only "Text" is chosen under "Show Report"
2E) Choose "Compare" and view result

    2. Environment
      Mac Mojave 10.14.3
Adobe Acrobat Pro DC Continuous Release Version 2019.021.20061

    3. Expected Result
"Compare Files" would highlight differences between the files and would not highlight things that are the same in the two files.

    4. Observed Result
When "Compare Files" is used on two files that have small differences but are…

  13. "There was an error opening this document.
This file is already open or in use by another application."
Seems to be some kind of race - sometimes it opens but usually I get the above error. If I then click on the file in the browser downloads it opens just fine.

I just spent a couple hours talking to a very helpful support person in India and she was not able to fix the problem. Seems I will have to use a different browser or a different .pdf file viewer.
I am using the latest version of Firefox and the…

  17. You can spend an hour in the template designing screen tediously placing everything and when you go to save, it says you are timed out and completely WIPES OUT everything you've been doing. Horrible user experience. Can you implement a timer similar to what bank websites use? Warning that you'll be logged out in 180 seconds or something similar? That way you can save your work and not waste a huge amount of time tediously re-entering everything. OR create some kind of temporary draft similar to MS Word?

  18. When I try to print a specific range of pages from some documents (e.g. page 2-3 only), if I were to click in the preview window to refresh, then it would show pages 3-4 as ready to be printed instead. When I tested this on another document (Oregon DMV manual), if I try to print pages 2-3, it would show pages 2-11 as ready to be printed instead. The error in page ranges seems random, and it also does not occur with every PDF document that I open.

I just encountered this bug a few days ago using Adobe Reader…

  19. use of Acrobat DC must be seamless across operating systems, browsers, and devices. seamless interoperability = efficiency. Proprietary in-fighting between apple, microsoft, and google needs to stop. Why not work together for the benefit of all?The business models need to change. For example, "accessibility" of apps needs to be independent of browser, OS, and device.
