  4. I have been unable to send files for e-signature to a client since 9/20/2024. I am able to prepare the documents and send for e-signature. The document shows that it has been sent, however the client never recieves these documents. I have sent documents for e-sig internally and had no issues.

  5. For accounts with two-factor authentication (2FA), if you don’t have your phone, you can recover your Google account using a backup 2FA method like a registered secondary device or security key. Once verified, follow the steps to reset your password securely.

  6. When right clicking on a PDF document tab, there's an option that would in English be "Locate in Finder" but they have translated it literally, although "Finder" is "Finder" in Swedish as well.

    Hence, change "Hitta i sökare" to "Hitta i Finder".

  7. There seems to be a bug where a tab will close that the user has not told Adobe to close. This occurs when a user has one tab open (tab 1), then 2 further tabs are opened, so a total of 3 are now open. By default, the third of these tabs will be the one displayed as this was the last file opened, which is fine. However, if you then click the 'x' on tab 1, without first viewing the other newly opened tab (tab 2), both tab 1 and tab 2 will close.

  8. Adobe Pro is for PROFESSIONALS, but the new interface has been designed by some art student with no sense for FUNCTIONALITY. For a desktop/laptop user (most offices): The menus need to be in one/logical place, not distributed in three directions. The buttons need to be larger and legible. The one good new feature is the ability to customize menus. Keep that. Junk everything else and let's go back to getting our work done. We don't need this silliness. As has been said by others, this new interface sucks.

  9. 1.-brief title: Whatsapp button in 'email this document' menu {right upper corner}}

    2.-description of desired feature: when using windows desktop platforms, and once whatsapp has been logged in, a button activates to perform the operation 'send to whatsapp this pdf'
    3.-why the feature is needed: it is a tool for desktop users that interacts in whatsapp informal chat groups where coordinations are made along the chat, and where 'documented environment' starts to approach 'chatting environment'

  10. I cannot live with the latest update.
    You moved everything to the other side and ruined my muscle memory movements.
    This is really quite awful and it is constantly glitching and closing down. Yes my laptop is up to date so that is not the problem.

  11. Many customers have attempted to retrieve their Yahoo Mail accounts without providing their phone number, but ultimately found themselves unable to do so. As previously said, your only remaining choice is to respond to the security questions if you do not have the phone number or the backup email address.

  12. In order so save NPU Power on Adobes side, save time for users and Generative-AI Credits previous AI-Conversations should be saved after closing the document and should reappear when the document is opened with the same Adobe Account logged in.

    The AI often takes a very long time to generate answers, especially for larger documents. This time could be saved and the workflow optimized.

  13. Converting or printing saved locally email messages to .PDF produces an error log file and cannot create or print to PDF format because it is looking for an "APTOS" font. Can Adobe add these fonts as an enhancement to the product?

  14. This problem was confirmed in Acrobat Pro 2024.001.20604 64-bit for Windows 10 Pro (22H2).

    I found a bug that the comment pane is not displayed automatically even with the following settings.


    Preferences > Commenting > “Show comments pane when a PDF with comments is opened” is checked


    The conditions under which this fault occurs are:
    For PDF files with comments on page 51 or later

    However, if a PDF has at least one comment before page 50, the comments pane is automatically displayed.

  15. What happened to Acrobat? A perfectly good UI scrapped for a bulky, screen hogging, unfriendly experience. Did everyone lose their minds during the pandemic? It sure feels like it. I know Adobe likes to make customers re-learn all it's software with every new version but this is exceptional. Very rude. Not happy.

  17. Acrobat war mal so gut, was macht ihr jetzt draus außer das es immer teurer mit den sch... abos wird ? Bei mir stürzt es ständig ab und was dann besonders ärgerlich und überhaupt nicht begreifbar ist, dass alle änderungen auch wenn ich auf wiederherstellen gehe bzw. zwischengespeichert habe weg sind. Das kostet soviel unnötige Lebenszeit.

  18. Allow the toolbar to expand and minimize (hide the toolbar) to maximize the working area. As of right now there is no way to make the toolbar section smaller or to hide it. When trying to make the toolbar smaller it exits out of the tool being used for the PDF and it will only work if the toolbar stays open. It would be beneficial to have more workspace than to have 1/4 of the screen taken up by the tool bar.

  19. When I save my word doc as a pdf, I often lose the bottom right "picture". Everything else is fine in the pdf, but it always the bottom right. Sometimes it works, most time the bottom right is missing.
