How to convert EDB files to PST?
To convert EDB to PST manually, you can use the Exchange Admin Center (EAC) or PowerShell commands. In the EAC, you create mailbox export requests to save EDB data into PST files. This method needs technical knowledge and can be lengthy. PowerShell commands are another option, but they are tricky and may not work well for large or corrupted files. Manual methods are free but often difficult and risky for important data.
The professional way is using the Shoviv EDB to PST Converter tool. This tool easily converts EDB files, even if they are large or corrupted, into PST format without any data loss. It works with all Exchange and Outlook versions and can export EDB data to Office 365 and Live Exchange Server. The tool keeps your data’s original structure and properties. A free trial version is available to process 50 items per folder, so you can check how it works.

Spinanga?

Page position and bookmark error when closing multiple documents
BUG.
If you open several documents in Acrobat Pro and close them all using X button in top right corner of the window (which closes all tabs at once), page position and bookmarks are not saved properly.
Page position and bookmark position is applied according to document which was in an active tab when you closed the window.Example.
Open doc1 at page 10. Open doc2 at page 20. Both are opened under different tabs in one Acrobat window.
Close the window using X button. Prompt will asks if you want to close all tabs. Confirm and close.
Now open doc1, it will be opened at page 20, not 10. Also bookmarks will be messed up.BUG.

Can I open a MBOX file in Outlook?
The manual method to open MBOX files in Outlook involves a series of steps, starting with converting the MBOX file to PST using third-party tools or Thunderbird, followed by importing the converted file into Outlook. While this method might seem feasible for small files, it becomes tedious and error-prone when handling large datasets. Moreover, it demands technical expertise and careful execution to avoid data corruption or loss.
For a more seamless experience, the DRS MBOX Viewer offers an efficient alternative to open MBOX files in Outlook. This software simplifies the process by allowing users to directly access MBOX file content without conversion. With its user-friendly interface, even non-technical users can quickly open, preview, and export MBOX files to Outlook.
One key advantage of the DRS MBOX Viewer is its ability to handle bulk files effortlessly. Users can select multiple MBOX files for migration, saving time and effort compared to the manual approach. The tool ensures that the folder hierarchy, email formatting, and attachments are preserved during the export process, maintaining data integrity.
Another significant feature is the software’s compatibility with a wide range of MBOX formats and email clients like Thunderbird, Apple Mail, and Gmail. This flexibility ensures that users can open MBOX files regardless of their origin. The tool also supports all versions of Outlook, eliminating compatibility concerns.
Unlike the manual method, which involves multiple steps and software dependencies, the DRS MBOX Viewer simplifies the workflow. Its advanced filters allow users to select specific emails based on criteria like date range or subject, making the process even more precise and efficient.
In summary, while the manual method for opening MBOX files in Outlook might suit small-scale needs, it is cumbersome and risky for larger operations. The DRS MBOX Viewer eliminates these challenges by providing a reliable, secure, and intuitive way to open MBOX files in Outlook, making it the ideal solution for both personal and professional use.

Default Thumbnail View/Size
I am coming from Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 and started using Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release (latest and greatest?). My only real complaint is that Pro 2017 would keep the last thumbnail size and panel width when opening new documents. Our office uses Adobe to extract documents using the page thumbnail feature, and now we will have hundreds of employees having to readjust the thumbnail size/panel width for every new document. This is going to add hours of work per day on a feature that Adobe removed for... some reason? Please bring back the feature or add an option in Preferences that we enable. Thanks!

With security applied, I can still change tab order in a form
This is a bug report, I think.
After applying security to a form, I can still edit the tab order. I added a permissions password and allowed filling in form fields. After saving to apply the security, I opened the Prepare a form tools. From there, it allowed me to drag and drop to reorder fields in the fields pane, let me save my changes, and those changes were there after closing and reopening the file.
Since I applied security this should not have been possible. But I tried it multiple times and in different files, and each time it let me change the tab order even with security applied.
I'm using Windows and this happened in both 2024.005.20320 and 2025.001.20474 .

eliminate duplicate Save As dialog box
Every time I choose Save As (on Windows), an Acrobat window opens, offering me a choice of previous folders to save to. That is completelyuseless_ and only wastes my time. Just take me to the system's Save As dialog. You just make the user click an extra time to perform a routine task. If you really need to provide more options, then replace the system's Save As dialog with one that includes all the functionality of the two dialog boxes.

The Help and About screen is confusing a lot of Users in Adobe Pro since it displays Adobe Acrobat so everyone assumes its Acrobat Reader!!
We created a new Group Name called AdobeProDc in the Admin Console, to which we moved all the users. This group had the Adobe Pro default profile assigned to it.
Upon doing so when users started activating the license at their computer the About screen now just displays 'Adobe Acrobat'. If we were to simply assign the Adobe Pro license directly to a particular user, the About screen displays 'Adobe Acrobat Pro"
This bug or Design is confusing a lot of our users as they are unsure it is Adobe Pro but think it is Adobe Reader. We know it is Pro and try to explain but every time we add a new user license they always ask us the same question. Could this bug or Design be fixed in the about screen for any user assigned to any Group display 'Adobe Acrobat Pro' to prevent future confusion please. I already spoke to the Enterprise support team and they said that in the future it will be showing we will be showing the subscription/licenses below product version in future releases so this may help a little but it would be nice to know clearly it is Adobe PRO.We created a new Group Name called AdobeProDc in the Admin Console, to which we moved all the users. Keep tool selected across files like all other creative apps
I need to edit numerous files at a time, using specific tools. For each document that I access, I have to reselect the tool.
In InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, the tool selection is independent of the file. i.e. if I have the Type Tool selected in InDesign, and create a new document, it remains selected. If I open 50 files, the Type Tool remains selected until I change it to something else.
In Acrobat, the tools revert and do not stay selected, resulting in thousands of clicks a week, just to navigate to the tool I need to use on multiple documents. i.e. If I need to edit a text field, I open the files, then select Edit, then select Text. Go to the next document, select Edit, then select Text. Go to the next document, select Edit, then select Text. Go to the next document, select Edit, then select Text. Go to the next document, select Edit, then select Text. Go to the next document, select Edit, then select Text, ad nauseam.
Acrobat used to behave like InDesign etc. the tool I choose should remain selected until I change it.

NEED (!!!) a SEARCH BAR in Preferences to find the relevant parameter !!! Are you serious ???
When we have a problem in Acrobat and try to find a solution by modifying a parameter, we go to [Menu] > [Preferences...] and arrive at a panel containing thousands of parameters in dozens of subsections. We have no choice but to browse and read all the parameters one by one, hoping to find something relevant. It may take hours to go through cycles of "Change a parameter/Restart Acrobat/Check/Undo parameter change/Look for another parameter" with the risk of missing the relevant parameter! This is not a tolerable way to propose parameters when there are so many! You need to update this old method. Just look at how Google or Microsoft handle their browsers (which we now use in our company to read PDFs because of your problems and Acrobat's terrible touch screen behavior!). When accessing parameters, they first auto-select a search bar field to find the relevant one, using a real-time "typing" filter and yellow highlighter. How is it possible that you still do not propose your parameters this way? Are you serious?

e-signatures
Permit simultaneous assignment of multiple fields to signor email addesses.
Am I the only person who feels that Acrobat's “Request e-signatures” tool is useful only for securing signatures and nothing more?
I have a form created to request e-signatures from six people. A row of nine checks boxes is positioned adjacent right of each signature field, representing each hour, 8:00AM through 4:00PM. The purpose is to determine times on a given date when everyone will be available to schedule a meeting. The idea is for each signor, beginning with the host, to “X” their available time slots on that date,, so the requestor receives the completed form after all have signed. These checkboxes are not restricted and have no default value. The objective is to expedite scheduling a real estate closing, which otherwise gets accomplished through a ridiculous chain of emails back an forth with the participants, a process that can often take place over the course of two or three days.
After uploading the form and assigning addresses to the signature fields, unless a signer's checkboxes are assigned to a signer, one box at a time, the boxes are not accessible to anyone. It would help a great deal if multiple fields (in this case check boxes ) could be assigned simultaneously.
Otherwise, the process of trying to do anything other than requesting e-signatures is so very tedious and frustrating. Sometimes it seems Adobe makes things unnecessarily complicated. Enabling the means to assign a signor to multiple fields at the same time would permit the user to position the fields in Adobe Acrobat DC BEFORE uploading it, which would be much simpler than uploading the form and then placing fields.

25.001.20531 Bug Metadata
25.001.20531 Bug Sharepoint metadata no longer pops up a window at save as under the Sharepoint added location.
Under this version, if you disable new acrobat, it will still popup Sharepoint metadata window.
Should not have to revert to old acrobat just to use it properly.

Zoom level displayed incorrectly when document is open in two or more windows
When the same document is opened in two or more windows, clicking on one window updates the displayed zoom level text in the zoom widget in all windows associated with that document, despite the fact that the zoom level didn't change in other windows. It seems that this value is being updated from a global variable linked to the document. This field/widget should be updated for each window individually. See attached screenshot.
Tested on Adobe Acrobat (64-bit) (25.001.20531) - Brazilian Portuguese, on Windows 10 Pro - Brazilian Portuguese.

Auto copy all Highlighted Text to a new Doc
Please have an Adobe Acrobat right-click "Highlight and paste to new doc" option.
For areas we select, we should be able to drop them ALL into a new word or pdf doc, so we don't have to keep manually going copy/paste back and forth like lunatics.
This is SO easily automate-able in 2025, and I am shocked Adobe don't have it!1 vote -
Smooth and Secure GroupWise to Google Workspace Migration
Migrating from Novell GroupWise to Google Workspace is a strategic upgrade for organizations seeking a modern, cloud-based productivity suite. GroupWise, while once a reliable on-premises email and collaboration platform, lacks the flexibility and scalability of today’s cloud solutions. Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) offers integrated tools like Gmail, Google Drive, Docs, Sheets, Meet, and Calendar—enabling teams to collaborate in real time from anywhere.
A GroupWise to Google Workspace migration involves exporting emails, contacts, and calendar data and importing them into corresponding Google services. Depending on the version of GroupWise and data volume, migration can be handled using Google Workspace Migration tools or third-party utilities. Key steps include preparing user accounts, configuring DNS records, and verifying data integrity post-migration.
This transition not only streamlines IT infrastructure but also enhances collaboration with intuitive interfaces and smart AI-driven features. Businesses benefit from reduced maintenance, increased storage, and enhanced mobility.
To avoid complications and ensure a smooth migration, many organizations partner with experts like Apps4Rent, who specialize in legacy system transitions and offer end-to-end support. Their expertise minimizes downtime and ensures that valuable business data is securely and efficiently moved to the Google ecosystem.
