How to import MSG to Thunderbird?
If you're trying to import MSG files into Thunderbird manually, you can drag and drop them or use the ImportExportTools NG add-on—but be warned, it’s not always reliable. Some emails might lose formatting, attachments could break, or the import might just fail randomly. For a smoother experience, I’d recommend DRS Softech MSG Converter Tool—it converts MSG files flawlessly, preserving all formatting, attachments, and metadata. Plus, it handles bulk conversions, supports multiple output formats (like EML, PST), and keeps your folder structure intact. Saves a ton of time compared to manual workarounds!

scaling bar blocks scroll bar
I cannot find the "Help > About" operation to find out the version of my Adobe PDF Reader.
Problem: If you click the any scaling button ("enlarge" [+] or "reduce" [-]), it brings up the scaling bar. The scaling bar blocks the bottom part of the scroll bar. This is annoying, because I cannot reach the "down" button at the bottom end of the scroll bar. I suggest using the tool bar area to show the scaling bar, instead of making it block the bottom part of the scroll bar. Thank you.1 vote -

"Ask AI Assistant" persistently blocks content on the bottom of the page.
Any time I am foolish enough to move my mouse near the bottom of an Adobe document, a little bar that says "ask AI assistant" comes up. Often, it takes some time to make it go away again.
If I wanted to find an AI assistant, I wouldn't be looking by putting my mouse near the bottom of the page. If you must have such a doodad, put it in the menu structure with everything else so that it isn't in my way.
Also, help information about how to get rid of "features" like this is difficult to use because the interface is drastically different between different Adobe readers and different releases of the same Adobe reader. Some consistency in the menu structure would make these problems easier to solve.Any time I am foolish enough to move my mouse near the bottom of an Adobe document, a little bar that says "ask AI assistant" comes up. Randomly Shuts Down; Will NOT Restore Lost Work
Ive always noticed extreme lag time with editing, opening documents, even hilighting or signing; but lately w the Version 25.001.20438 - as soon I edit the document with upwards of 5 changes (including the aforementioned actions), Adobe Acrobat will just shut down completely. When I try to reopen, it offers to restore lost work - however when I select 'yes', Adobe will instantly shut down again. I've did this for 15 minutes once after closing all my other windows and restarting the computer.

Continue with Microsoft sign-in method does not open a web browser as expected
Using Adobe Acrobat Pro 64-bit, version 24.005.20399, on Windows 11, 24H2.
Selecting any of the sign-in options (Continue with Google, Continue with Facebook, Continue with Microsoft) fails to open a web browser to continue the sign in process. This will eventually time out and fail to sign you in.
Signing in using your email address, verification code, and password works fine. Issue is with using the SSO options that fail to open a web browser.

Searching a PDF in Adobe Reader has become very slow
Searching (ctrl^f - search for a text) in a large PDF file in Adobe Reader has become very slow. Searching the same file in Edge or Chrome is fast. I use Microsoft Word to make a document, and save from there to PDF. An example is attached. I noticed the slow performance in Adobe Reader during the last year or so, I am not sure when it started, but it as not always like this.

can't rename portfolio components
There's no way for me to edit the name (or the description) of a portfolio option. There's no Edit Value option in the right-click menu, and the fields aren't editable when I click view information. From what I can tell, this has been an issue for months.

Combine files
Since several years the function "Combine Files" of Acrobat (currently version 2024.005.20399 on Windows 10.0.19045) retakes the focus of Windows on every file it adds. This means that I cannot use any other Windows program as long as the tool is not ready. Especially with a large number of files this is really annoying. This did not happen in versions of five or more years ago, but has ever since. Please finally resolve this bug.

I uninstalled and reinstalled the full suite of applications
It is happening with every file. It is awful.

Bug: Acrobat Sign unable to cancel cloud signature and download to sign
I observed and reproduced a bug in Acrobat Sign. Users are unable to download the document for signature in e.g. Acrobat Sign once signing with cloud signature (provider D-Trust sign-me) has been selected.
Please fix the possibility to download the document for siging after clicking „cancel“ in the cloud signature provider's pop up window.
The following are the detailed steps to reproduce the bug.
A user selects cloud signature to sign a document with trust service provider d-trust. He is redirected to the Login pop-up window. He selects cancel and returns to the dialogue in acrobat sign. He then chooses download to sign.
Despite choosing download to sign, he is redirected to the login page of d-tust again !
I expect that the user can download the document to sign after choosing so in the Acrobat Sign dialogue. In some cases, choosing download to sign a second time fixes the problem. In other cases the user has to log out from Acrobat Sign and login again to be able to download the document.
I think this is a bug that is worth fixing. My users are quite annoyed because of this behaviour.

PDF file doesn't open when another file is already open
When a PDF file is already open, it happens very frequently (90%) that it's impossible to open a second PDF file. The workaround is to close the first PDF file to open the other PDF file.

Acrobat x64 does not execute third-party plug-ins
Third-party plug-ins cannot be used with 64-bit Acrobat.
This function is only allowed with Acrobat 32-bit.In our company we use the 64-bit version because user and license management is much more flexible, but we also need to use FileOpen pug-in to open protected documents. This problem forces us to install the 32-bit version on the users involved.
