Alt Text editing text field is too small
Acrobat's alt text editing field is too small with "Add alternate text" function in "Prepare for accessibility." This makes it extremely painful to write and review long alt texts. It should be made expandable.
I know that it's also possible to edit alt text in Object Properties, where has a larger text editing field, but using "Add alternate text" is a much more convenient way.

Acrobat page transitions unfortunately do not work
The functions of the Acrobat page transitions unfortunately do not work on the MAC. Acrobat does not display page transitions, regardless of whether they are created in Indesign or in Acrobat itself. It would be nice if this problem could be fixed soon. Among other things, I use a Macbook Pro M3 Max under Sequoia with the latest Adobe applications.

Bug: Mac getting very hot sleeping, Acrobat high battery usage
When I close the lid on my MBP M1 while Acrobat is still open then the computer gets uncomfortably hot... When I investigated why this was I found that Acrobat was using up resources and is likely responsible for this. The battery dropped by 12% over 30-40 min while Mac was asleep when usually it doesn't drop at all over such a short duration.

Batch Font Selection and Replacement Tool
I am writing to request the addition of a batch font selection and replacement tool for Adobe Acrobat. As a graphic designer working with large documents, it is essential to be able to quickly select all text on all pages and replace a specific font across the entire document.
Currently, I am facing a challenge where I need to manually select and replace fonts for text in a multi-page PDF. The ability to select all instances of a particular font, or even all text across the document, and replace it with a new font in one action would significantly improve efficiency.
Feature Request:
A tool or option to select and replace fonts across all pages of a PDF document in one batch action.
The ability to quickly change all text using a specific font to a new font without needing to manually select each text box.
Ideally, a Find and Replace function for fonts that would allow users to search for all text using a specific font and replace it in a single action.
This would greatly enhance productivity for professionals working with large or complex documents and would save significant time when updating or editing fonts across a PDF.Thank you for considering this feature request. I believe it would benefit many users who rely on Adobe Acrobat for editing large documents efficiently.

batch processing performance issues with large files
When processing multiple large PDF files (100MB+) simultaneously, the application becomes unresponsive on Windows 11. This affects our content management workflow at https://nenws.com, where we handle numerous financial reports daily. The system should maintain responsiveness while processing large batches.

Real-Time Collaboration
I suggest introducing an advanced real-time collaboration feature for content creation and editing on platforms like https://gosta.media/. This would enable multiple team members to work simultaneously on articles, graphics, and other media, enhancing workflow efficiency and reducing editing bottlenecks.
For news and media portals, speed and collaboration are key, and providing a seamless, interactive editing environment would allow teams to quickly adapt content before publication, ensuring timely updates and high-quality output. This change would ultimately improve team coordination and reader engagement.

Adobe automatically installing collaborative services in background.
Why are collaborative services running on my end user's computer? What do we need a collaborative synchronizer background service running for?
We are a company that forbids the use of cloud based services for obvious security reasons. Downloading a PDF viewing app such as Adobe Acrobat does not warrant the installation of cloud based services that we did not sign up for.
We have begun using Foxit, because Adobe continues to ***** around with customers, thinking that we need this or that while installing it all automatically without the option to opt out of any of it..

Search options
Typing CTRL-f or CMD-f usually produces a "find/replace" box, which works. But then it switches to a "search" box up in the menu bar area, which does not work. If I have two instances of Acrobat running (which I do to compare edited documents side by side) and close one of them, the "find/replace" box disappears and the nonfunctioning "search" box appears. It wouldn't be so annoying if the search box actually functioned, but it does not.

JPG Export
Not sure if this is a Windows issue (just updated this morning) or a recent Adobe update, but I am now not able to export as JPG. It goes through the motions, but no file is visible after it's done. PNG export appears to be fine.

Data bug: Outdated country list in digital ID creation form
The country list in the form for creating a Digital ID is outdated. For example, "Yugoslavia," a country that has not existed for over 30 years, is still listed. Additionally, several current countries are missing from the list. Please update the country list to reflect the current geopolitical landscape.

This new interface sucks
Congratulations on complicating something that should be really straight forward. At least make everything editable, so I can keep the buttons I use more as shortcuts. The pages navigator and zoom being on the right side is just plain stupid.

Font size displays incorrectly when editing text
The attached generated PDF files contain text which is 36pt in size.
When inspecting the text using Edit Text in 'original.pdf' the size is incorrectly shown as 48.
If the element is copied and pasted as in 'copied.pdf' the new element shows correctly as 36 and the original as 48.
Running a preflight check reports all text as 36.

Remove "check out new e-sign tools" from all tools pane and show ALL tools
I want to see ALL of the tools in the tools pane. It's called the ALL tools pane but doesn't actually show you ALL of the tools. ?? It randomly truncates the list and shows a "view more" option; and the bottom of the pane is needlessly wasted with prompts to use other tools like "Check out new e-sign tools." I don't want or need to see any of that - just want the tools; but there's no way to turn off the waste of real estate at the bottom of the pane.

ocr
Page orientation changes automatically on some pages when we perform OCR in Adobe 2023 in some cases. The page orientation of each page must be the same as the original file.
