Printing PDFs from macOS 26 hit and miss
Printing some forms and documents from Acrobat Pro works while others don't. The application opens the printer (HP M454dw with the latest firmware), but then never prints and never generates an error message.
However, printing the same document that fails to print in Acrobat Pro works in the free version of Acrobat Reader.
It also works with Apple's Preview app. Only the Pro version of Acrobat seems to experience a problem2 votes -
highlight straight line
All the HELP articles say by holding the shift key and dragging the highlight tool, it will highlight in a straight line. When I hold down the shift key, it disables the highlight tool. (When I drag the highlight tool, nothing happens.)

To be able to save partially completed agreements and return later to complete the remaining fields.
Users would like an signers / approvers to be able to complete some of their assigned fields in an agreement, save their progress, and then print the document with those partially completed details, before returning later to complete the remaining fields.
Apparently this is a feature available in DocuSign.
If there are a lot of fields, the user may have to get the information to populate the fields and should not have to lose their progress.
In legal practice forms are completed by the approver sometimes and are then dated at a later date.1 vote -
Changed 'modifiedDate' of agreement when new signer is assigned
In the "search" API CALL, if a signer has changed in an agreement the "modifiedDate" is not updated. This implies that the search will not trigger the agreement if the signer is updated because 'modifiedDate' is not updated.
If i have an agreement X created the 03/07/2026, and i change the signer the 09/07/2026, and on that day i asked for "agreements with modified between yesterday and today", the agreement X will never be triggered neither returned. Because his modifiedDate is always on "03/07/2026" instead of '09/07/2026".
Can you develop that evolution please?1 vote -
Acrobat interface ergonomics
I come from a prepress background, where many professionals stayed with Acrobat 9 for years because Acrobat X and everything that followed felt much less professional and, above all, far less ergonomic.
Since I now have no choice but to use the current Acrobat, I would like to ask for one basic improvement: please reconsider the placement of panels and tools, or at least allow users to freely rearrange them.
Page-related controls such as page numbers, page navigation, zoom, and similar tools should not be forced into the bottom-right corner, while thumbnails, layers, and other panels are placed far away in the top-right area. On large high-resolution monitors, especially 3300 px wide and above, this creates constant unnecessary mouse travel across the screen and makes everyday professional work slower and more tiring. Or at least let users assign a robust set of custom keyboard shortcuts, similar to Photoshop. The current fixed panel placement is simply ridiculous from the perspective of daily professional use.
I have many other comments, but this is the essential one: users need to be able to organize palettes and tools so that frequently used controls are close together and suited to real production work.

Snapshot Tool
The snapshot tool has changed so you are unable to print the selected graphic. The display is also bizarre with a dimmed screen, crosshairs, and a magnifier. Bring back the old version ASAP. It is necessary for my job functions and I am lost without it!!

The codec that you are using to create the podcasts in Adobe Spaces is creating a high number of audio artifacts.
I love that you are using AI to generate these podcasts but over the last month or so the amount of audio artifacts has increased tremendously. At times it almost sounds like the host is slurring their words. I am having to edit text just to get the audio regenerated into something that is usable. If you can get this worked out it would be great.

Please revert the snapshot tool to the previous version where it kept the boundary of what you were taking a snapshot of.

Acrobat changes superscripted characters to subscripted in comment boxes
I am an editor of an international journal, and edit a large number of journal articles using Adobe Acrobat. It is a scientific journal, so there are many equations and variables with superscripts and subscripts. My problem is the after writing in a comment box and using superscript on a text character as part of an equation or unit definition, then saving the document, Acrobat changes my superscript to subscript. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible. It makes it difficult or impossible to provide correct editorial comments to authors. Please fix this error promptly. Thank you.
Attached is an example of what it did in a manuscript that I edited yesterday.

Combine fillable forms with identical field names in one pdf
When merging two/more fillable forms that contain identical field names (e.g., 'Name' in two distinct form sections) into one document, the information from the first form automatically populates the corresponding fields across all forms. There should be an opt-out from this feature to prevent data duplication when the forms represent different information and still need to be combined in one document.

Export PDF comments to .txt, or .docx
From the Comments pane, I go to the three ellipses to access more options, and choose from there "Export All To Data File", this option provides two file formats only (PDF and XFDF).
I need to use PDF comments in our office database for analysis, hence I need to export comments in Text format such as .txt, .rtf, or even .docx.2 votes -
Enabeling/ Disabeling Links in PDF Files
It is Sometimes Very Hard to Comment on PDF Files from our supplieres because the faulty Part is hide behind a Giant Link that gets you to another SIde on this same PDF File. Which Seems like a Great Feature until you try to comment on those Things. It would make the Work for me and many of my Collegues much easyier if we could Symply Disable and Enable those Links Like a Toggle Switch.

Disable AI Assistant
I am absolutely SICK of AI being forced on every application I use. I need to be able to disable it. It is useless, slow, actively impacts the speed of the program, useless suggestions, and interrupts my work with predictive text that is NEVER helpful. This program should be OPT IN only not forced on everyone. I actively avoid using Adobe because of it but when I have to its disruptive, unhelpful and worthless. Just Make it OPTIONAL!!!!

Embed comments when unsharing
After unsharing a document in Adobe Acrobat, all collaborator comments were lost. If there was a warning or option to preserve comments, it was not clear or visible. It would be much better if comments were automatically embedded in the PDF when unsharing. This data loss was very frustrating.

What do you wish you had backed up before moving from Exchange on-prem to Microsoft 365?
One thing many IT teams wish they had backed up before moving from Exchange on-premises to Microsoft 365 is everything beyond just mailboxes. While emails are the obvious priority, overlooked components like public folders, shared mailboxes, archive mailboxes, and mailbox permissions often create post-migration headaches. Additionally, organizations frequently underestimate the importance of backing up calendar data, contact lists, and delegation settings, which are critical for daily operations.
Another commonly missed area is legacy data stored in PST files across user systems. Without consolidating and backing these up, valuable historical communication can be lost. System configurations, transport rules, and retention policies are also vital, as recreating them manually can be time-consuming and error-prone.
Finally, Aryson Office 365 having a full backup ensures a fallback option in case of migration errors or data corruption. A comprehensive pre-migration backup strategy not only protects data integrity but also ensures business continuity and a smoother transition to the cloud environment. One thing many IT teams wish they had backed up before moving from Exchange on-premises to Microsoft 365 is everything beyond just mailboxes. More than one signature option
I am someone who frequently finalizes documents and applies my executives signature to a document once they approve. We are not allowed to use the stamp option because it is not super secure. The fill and sign currently allows one signature and one initial (which I use as a second signature). However, I have 5+ executives.. all requiring different signatures. Which means, I am losing efficiency by having to change the e-sig document almost each time. I understanding having 5+ different signature options may be a bit excessive but even just two signatures and two initials would be better!

BUG REPORT!!!!!!! Replacing a TOC page with list of hyperlinks FAILS - why is Acrobat such a piece of garbage??!??!?!??!?!?!??!?!?
I was hoping to post a bug report on this piece of garbage [SH*T] application but here I am joining a group to post this to everyone who needs to know just what an absolute piece of garbage Adobe Acrobat is, and has always been.
908-page doc with two pages of the 8 pages of contents that needs to be replaced with two new pages that have external hyperlinks.
These two page work exactly as they should as separate standalone pages.
But when I replace - side note - why is the text window on this also garbage platform cutting off the text I am typing? Did no one test this garbage as well... when I replace the two pages in the 908-page document, the EFFING hyperlinks disappear, all I have is two pages of blue underlined text with no operative hyperlinks.
So here I am once again with this utterly pathetic useless garbage app doing what should be a 5-minute update and I am now an hour or more into NOT GETTING THIS DONE.
Who is responsible for Adobe Acrobat and why do they exist?
I am NOT posting an IDEA - I am posting a TIRADE because once again a simple operation in the most useless piece of **** application Adobe has ever dreamed up is sucking time from me and the client is waiting.
Refund my entire year's subscription because this is what it is costing me in time and money - and it should only take 5 minutes.
Sick and tired of Adobe's ********. Sell the company back to someone who knows what they're doing.
Idiots.
So now I have signed up for this wonderful group of complainants and I cannot click the POST IDEA button - IT IS A BUG REPORT. WHAT PART OF BUG REPORT IS ADOBE NOT UNDERSTANDING????????????
