Your product is very disappointing.
Hi the product is working awful with anything that is not english. Moving and editing lines is simply impossible, you add something and after applying all kinds of right to left tricks (like adding the dot in the beginning of the line to view it at the end) - when I hit save - It does not show on the changed document!! if there's another step needed to show changed on print you should mention this.

Fill a need rather than this useless thing
This entire thing is useless. What is the actual point of this? I thought I would be able to edit the pdf and cannot. I should be able to edit text and images without needing to use other websites.

yes we know you have other product but got shut off this non BS or have a means to turn it off. Fill boxes moved in extension
When I open files in the extension on Chrome, the boxes to fill in the forms are not where they should be. If I open the same file in firefox (no extension) the boxes are where they ought to be.
It will only let me attach one file, so I've shown what it looks like with the extension in chrome.1 voteHello,

Features not working in web app but work in desktop
1) Page labels in the web app does not work the same as the desktop app. I would even say it does not work at all.
2) Bookmarks in the web app sometimes show and sometimes do not show. Sometimes Refreshing the page helps (the bookmarks appear), but then they dissappear again. I would say bookmarks are not being supported in the web app.
3) I cannot change the color properties of the bookmarks in the web app. If I have changed the color properties of a PDF in the desktop add to red, and then upload the pdf in…

- Can you please help to elaborate the issue you faced while using Page Labels? Meanwhile please find the documentation for Page Labels(Numbered Pages) on Acrobat Web https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/number-pages.html to assist you with the feature on the web.
- For bookmark issue, Is the issue happening only on one file or happening for others also? Is it possible to share the file with us to look into this further?
- Sorry to hear that, Colour properties are not available in Web yet, it is highly recommended to use desktop for properties feature on bookmarks.
- We looked into details and found out your Acrobat Pro subscription on Enterprise profile is not active anymore, Only Acrobat web free service is enabled with your personal account.

Embed videos won't play in shared PDF
I am really enjoying the shareable PDFs however it seems that if I have an embedded video in my PDF, it won't work on the online version. I'm not sure if this is a user error of if the feature is not supported. In any case I haven't been able to find any documentation on this.

Need a more visible print and save option.
I found it hard to find the print and save options for this shared pdf. I eventually found them under the three dots menu, but I think they really should have been in the main navigation along with Edit, Convert and E-Sign. A print and save link there would make way more sense.

SW Failure
I exported an adobe doc to a Word DOCx. Word cannot open the file. This is not a great help folks.

The fill and sign templates are not opening for use, but instead show an error.
Need help with agreement templates - when attempting to use them, instead of loading it errors out. This happens frequently since the Adobe update/change to Adobe Acrobat.

Signing Issue
I am on paying monthly for Adobe pro however for the last month, I have been unable to sign documents. When I try to sign, the bottom of the screen just says loading. I am getting very frustrated with the system.
