For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. I get an Adobe window opening in Edge every time I open a .pdf file. the file will open in the desktop app and then the edge window opens over the top.

  8. ADOBE consistently crashes while using Fill & Sign. This is a known problem since at least 2019 and it still has not been fixed. This is such a buggy program and we have to have a subscription yet the bugs are never corrected.
    I have made changes for all of the suggestion that I have found the the so called "ADOBE help". Total worthless.

  9. Trying to purchase and use your product is an unending nightmare! I have paid and opended difrrent acounts using the following emails to no avail. Linda@FoleyPeden.Com

  10. This file, attached, when I try to open it in your web editor or in the Edge Browser extension, it just shows up blank. I can resave it, I can compress it, I can't search it. But even after resaving or compressing I can't see anything in the document unless I open it up in 1) your offline DC reader, or anyone else's PDF reader, including Edge's own PDF extension/viewer.

    Just figured you might want to know about the issue. I'm not too worried about it, but ya'll might want to use the document for internal troubleshooting.

  11. The company and makes false advertising in the google search, where it appears as "Compact PDFs for free online | Adobe Acrobat (Brazil)", when clicking on the link, the company blocks the service through a window where it informs the subscription options.

  13. Valid emails are bouncing when trying to use Adobe Sign. I've tried canceling. Resaving and resending. Etc. Been happening since late yesterday.

I'm almost certain no one with decision making ability over at Adobe is going to care, but regardless, I'm just incredulous at the way you advertise a "Free PDF Editor", whcih comes up as the top result on a Google search as exactly that. It has a friendly upload button to upload your PDF to "start editing", so I do that, but oh suddenly no no, before I can continue I need to sign in or create an account. Ok, I say, that's really annoying, but I have an account, so I sign in. It takes me into the PDF…

  18. I just bought Adobe and literally no aspect of what I have bought so far has worked. Complete waste of money... its literally the only way to do anything with pdfs so its impossible to not have it. But it is literally useless because it doesn't work anyways.

  19. Hi, I used your PDF to DOCX conversion just a few months ago, and it worked very well. I am using it now, and the output looks much worse - not something I can submit for my work. DId you guys change how the conversion works? Because now it provides no value for me.
