For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I'm sick of paying a subscription service. When you will sell me a product that I can buy and be done with then I'll come back. But I'm certainly not getting my money's worth at $15/month or $19 or whatever it was that you were charging me.

  2. Dear concerned in this adobe i m using the arabic language is not scanned and edited in scan and OCR we are working inside saudia arabia this is must for us please include arabic language in scan and ocr.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Feature is not currently supported for Arabic language.  We have made a note of the same and shall try to incorporate it soon.

    Hello Matthew Weigman,

    To add a comment to a document, you can utilize the "Sticky Comment" option located in the Quick Tools Panel on the left-hand side.

    Please follow the steps below to successfully attach a sticky comment to the document. I've also included screenshots for reference:

    1. Choose the "Sticky Comment" option from the Quick Tools panel situated on the left-hand side.
    2. After selecting the sticky comment option, click on the specific location within the document where you wish to insert the comment.
    3. This action will trigger the opening of the Comments Panel. Here, you can type your comment.
    4. To finalize the process, click on the "Post" button. This will effectively publish your comment.

  5. the Request e-signature button on the Documents > All page is not working. expected behavior is it brings up a form to start a document. experienced behavior is nothing happens. tried in chrome, firefox, and safari.

  6. reading aloud doesn't work properly. When i select a language Adobe doesn't remember it for the next time and keeps resetting. Sound quality is bad, it reads without taking care of comma, period or question marks. Very robotic and not natural. please improve this feature.

  7. I absolutely HATE the "update" to Adobe Sign. I literally made my life harder because now I have to learn this new way. Everything is switched to the opposite side. It is such a thorn in the sides of your customers who have enough on their plates than to now have to relearn this new platform. Shame on you for making our lives harder!!! I am so angry with you guys.

Program 2x wyłączył mi się i to nie ze względu na brak internetu czy też wyłączenie komputera. po prostu na przeglądarce wyłączyła się karta a po pobraniu programu wyłączył się program. bez żadnych zapisów utraicłem 2h pracę. którą po ponownym wykonaniu ponowniue utraciłem. jest to karygodne że podczas pracy w przeglądarce nie było zapisu kazdej zmiany oraz fakt że program wyłącza się sam z siebie i to nie przez przeciązenie komputera

  11. Hello! I am unable to add signature box when using the "request e-signatures" feature. I am a deadline to submit a contract and now will be delayed getting it to a client. I have had this repeated issue with your software. Please, please invest in getting this fixed.

  12. In the Organize Pages tool, one should be able to add blank pages, onto which they can then add images or text. Right now it asks you to add a file, but this is exactly what Combine File tool already does.

  13. The general performance of the web portal is quite slow when compared to the mobile app on the same internet connection. I often have to refresh a page multiple times while clearing cache to view the list of documents or even a particular document. See if that could be optimised.

  15. I am so frustrated and disgusted with Adobe. I am unable to convert documents to pdf. I am unable to upload to your converter. I am unable to do my job, and this has been an ongoing issue for WEEKS.

  16. The headline on Google Search says "PDF compressor: Compress PDFs online for free."
    It was easy to begin the process...
    ... but to receive the result, I had to log in -- only to find that "the shared document has been deleted." And further, I had to start the trial, which means giving my credit card information, and more.
    So, technically speaking, it may be "free." But what a headache! Forget it.

  19. I have signed up to a 4 licences corporate plan, the e-sign isn't available, which has caused loads of extra work, I have been talking to a virtual assistant for OVER 3 HOURS and the problem isn't resolved yet
    it is unbelievable that it takes so long to solve something that suppose to be included in the license. Aren't the virtual assistants trained or is a learning on the job kind of training?
