For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Bug report: when using the online pdf fill & sign tool, I filled a form and signed it. When I downloaded it, I discovered all signatures and filled data was OK, except fields filled with Hebrew text. English or numbers were OK. Since this was a government issued form, the only acceptable language is Hebrew and I wasn't able to fill it. Note that the Hebrew text was saved and appeared online fine - it's the downloaded version that was faulty.

  2. Very disappointed in my Adobe Acrobat experience. I purchased the PDF pack assuming I could create a pdf form. I am not able to without also purchasing the Pro pack. I've invested ANOTHER $70.00 a year in a software I cant use.

  6. On google you're telling me that with an account I can split pdfs for free. I go through the whole process of creating an account instead of going to some other online tool, to find out I can only do this once for free. That is just misleading and wrong.

  8. Would be great if you could search your agreements instead of have to scroll and search. A search option where you can type in the name would be so helpful

  17. previous versions were more user friendly.
    difficult and time consuming to edit PDF.

    examples.
    Having to restart edit page over and over when attempting to change font size or color.

    highlight won't always work.

    or Doesn't allow me to edit PDF at all.

  19. Worst customer experience EVER!

    Tried to subscribe to the trial because my access to my existing account was not working. Site signed me up for a new subscription and then that didn't work (every time I tried to use a function (in this case Combine Files) a pop-up appeared asking me to sign up for a new subscription.

    Tried to get support via Chat and after many questions was finally sent to a Live Agent. I waited for 2 hours pinging them every 5-10 minutes w/ no response.

    When I tried Chat support again this morning the system informed me…

  20. I have had multiple problems with Adobe Acrobat Pro. Can't find a phone # to call for support. Since I'm paying for this every month would like some support. But this is not worth the hassle!
