Not helpful to download entire issue
I wanted to send the recipe for Butternut squash on page 18 of the Sunday USA today - instead I got the entire 22 pages and it is a pain to get to the recipe as 1) you had to know the page and 2) if you did know the page, you couldn't fill it in in the down arrow box. It made you page and page and page. This is NOT useful for sharing.
1 voteThank you for the feedback. It sounds like you’re looking for a way to quickly find a page in a long document. We do have a thumbnail option on the far left side of window as you’re looking at the document. When you click that icon, you’ll see a list of thumbnails that you can scroll through. When you select one, your view will jump to show that page.
Let us know if that meets the need you were describing.

I converted a pdf to docx and can't find the docx

Frustrated
we are trying to drag and drop files under the combine and organise option, and when we try to upload it goes grey and nothing happens. Or it ignores the file.

Está muito ruim. Era muito melhor antes. Não acho opção de apagar, não acho opção de criar modelo de campos para assinatura... tentaram deixar mais simples - ficou - mas retiraram (ou esconderam) funcionalidades básicas que deixam a experiência horrível. é uma pena, vou ter que achar outro.

I spent some time on your website yesterday trying to sign up for EchoSign. My company used it years ago and would like to again. I followed all the prompts and paid $318.62 for a year subscription. However, now that I am in it - I don't think I signed up for the right thing. I don't need storage and collaboration. Do not print fields convert to jpeg.
When I mark a form field to not print it does not print. That's good. Why is it that when I convert that pdf file to jpeg the same form field marked not to print appears in the pdf?

Awful. upgraded to 1499 a month and STILL cant combine files. Terrible product
1 voteIt sounds like you’ve subscribed to Acrobat Pro. If you are still using Adobe Reader, you won’t see the combine features.
Instead, try downloading and installing Acrobat from this link instead: https://documentcloud.adobe.com/link/appcenter/

Views for shared vs. shared with me
I met with a customer who noticed that the Shared for Review list under Home, shows both reviews that she shared and those she received. She asked for an easier way to separate those views.

How to drag and drop to another browser app
Is there a way to drag a file from Document Cloud and drop to another browser application? I'm trying to eliminate the step of having to download the file.

Cancel My Service! Or go back to old UI
Go back to the way it was before!!!!!!!!! This new update was launched premature and is unacceptable. The search feature froze and I can no longer view all documents. I can not delete documents or pretty much do anything with this new update. I want to cancel and I want a full refund!

Screen within a screen won't open Adobe Sign Manage
Many times when I log in and go to the For Signature tab and try to get the Adobe Sign Manage screen to come up it opens the exact same screen within a screen over and over....Happens all the time sometimes to the point that I can't get to the correct screen to do my work

Adobe Sign
In regards to the Adobe Sign: I do not have time to stop working on my business to go through this new signed agreements screen. Why can I not easily change or delete my templates? I'm not trying to see everything in this big format. Put it back to the way it was. This is not very professional, and none of us are teenagers who need to see this ridiculous big spaced out **** on our system. Get it together, all of your customers pay you for EFFICIENCY. Best!

Sending another document
After I send a document to be signed I can not click "send another document" as in previous versions of this website. I can only click "track Agreement" I have to go to home and then to apps and then "send for signature" its a real pain that didn't use to happen.

skipping page numbers
I am unable to make PDF correction of pages being unorganized by slipping a few pages and not being formatted appropriately.
