Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. To setup Two factor authentication by verification by e-mail, backup authentication method required. It is asking for phone number however there are people who don't have phone or can receive texts. Please remove backup authentication requirement to turn on two factor. There is recovery method already setup like secondary e-mail. Please fix this.

  6. password prior to viewing contents of envelope is absolutely required!!! I am not able to utilize the product without that feature.

  8. I have been working on a single file the whole day. It seemingly has saved my progress throughout the day. When I was ready and wanted to save and download the program timeouted and revealed that nothing was saved. No versions. Nothing.

    I am wating for your team to reach out and cover the extra the extra work hours. KR

  9. User homepage as the first page that you access after signing in. Currently there are 6 pages that you have to click through before accessing the PDFs that you are editing.
    Also, allow for organising files into folders.

  10. This product is by far the least user-friendly software I have ever used. I have never had more glitches while using software, my document will not save any changes even though I have troubleshooted, I am fully connected to wifi, and my computer is fully updated. I would have fewer complaints if I could at least save this document, but there is no way for me to do so. Every time I attempt to save it, it says that it is saving the changes and proceeds to say that it not save them.

  11. It cost too much and you know it. I will never use your product as you have corrupted it by subscription and more money. You suck and all like you suck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  14. I have never seen a website as ****** as adobe's. Somehow this website is slower than dell and more dysfunctional than HP while uglier than NVIDIA.

  15. I have Adobe Acrobat on my phone. Whenever I highlight or do any comments on documents that are on the cloud, from the app hey won't register on the desktop version.

  16. Exporting a file is extremely difficult requiring multiple steps through the Adobe program, Microsoft Edge, and eventually finding the website where my account is located. Just found out I can't edit a PDF file? I only paid to export files. Do I pay, don't pay, what did I pay for, I have no idea. My next effort is finding where I cancel my subscription. If I purchase something I want it. I don't want to look for it or find out I'm not getting what I thought I was getting.

  18. It always slow and just stuck on loading I have to keep refreshing and save halfway so I wont lose the things I am doing. Time consuming meant to be time efficient.

    Thanks for reaching out. For fixing the issue, please follow below steps:

    1. Login to your acrobat.adobe.com test account from where shared link was created

    2. Open the shared link and click on copy link icon that appear at top right corner

    3. Shared that copied link with required recipients


    Please let us know if this resolve the issue

  20. Something is seriously broken I can't remove items from my recent I can't unstar items and I can presented with an inconvenience screen on the website and support has yet to be able to assist me with even finding out that there is an issue
