For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. When I open files in the extension on Chrome, the boxes to fill in the forms are not where they should be. If I open the same file in firefox (no extension) the boxes are where they ought to be.
    It will only let me attach one file, so I've shown what it looks like with the extension in chrome.

  3. 1) Page labels in the web app does not work the same as the desktop app. I would even say it does not work at all.

    2) Bookmarks in the web app sometimes show and sometimes do not show. Sometimes Refreshing the page helps (the bookmarks appear), but then they dissappear again. I would say bookmarks are not being supported in the web app.

    3) I cannot change the color properties of the bookmarks in the web app. If I have changed the color properties of a PDF in the desktop add to red, and then upload the pdf in…

    1. Can you please help to elaborate the issue you faced while using Page Labels? Meanwhile please find the documentation for Page Labels(Numbered Pages) on Acrobat Web https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/number-pages.html to assist you with the feature on the web.
    2. For bookmark issue, Is the issue happening only on one file or happening for others also? Is it possible to share the file with us to look into this further?
    3. Sorry to hear that, Colour properties are not available in Web yet, it is highly recommended to use desktop for properties feature on bookmarks.
    4. We looked into details and found out your Acrobat Pro subscription on Enterprise profile is not active anymore, Only Acrobat web free service is enabled with your personal account.

  4. I am really enjoying the shareable PDFs however it seems that if I have an embedded video in my PDF, it won't work on the online version. I'm not sure if this is a user error of if the feature is not supported. In any case I haven't been able to find any documentation on this.

  5. I found it hard to find the print and save options for this shared pdf. I eventually found them under the three dots menu, but I think they really should have been in the main navigation along with Edit, Convert and E-Sign. A print and save link there would make way more sense.

  6. I exported an adobe doc to a Word DOCx. Word cannot open the file. This is not a great help folks.

  7. Need help with agreement templates - when attempting to use them, instead of loading it errors out. This happens frequently since the Adobe update/change to Adobe Acrobat.

  9. I am on paying monthly for Adobe pro however for the last month, I have been unable to sign documents. When I try to sign, the bottom of the screen just says loading. I am getting very frustrated with the system.

  10. I have been having a horrible experience with Adobe Pro for a number of months. I noticed that the program started to make my taskbar glitch and flash rapidly when turning the app on or opening a PDF. I also noticed that the top bar of the app doesnt have the "minimize, maximize or close" button visible. IF you click in the empty space they appear but the only button that responds is the close button. The app seems to struggle to run even when its the only program actively on.   11. absolutely a pain in the neck. Sticks all the time. Supposedly you can save files to the 'creative cloud' (why do you not have names that links to your products - is this an acrobat cloud in which case why don't you call it that) and anyway despite saving no files appear. Really a very annoying app. And the basic and the pro and the reader and the DC - how many version of this thing are there?

  13. Please move your cookie bar. Our clients continually think they've signed their documents bust haven't seen the "click to sign" button because it's under the cookie notice. This happens constantly and necessitates numerous emails and phone calls to explain what should be a fast and easy way to get documents signed.
