Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Dvakrát jsem napsal dlouhý text do dokumentu a dvakrát mě ten Váš cloud neuložil nic a ani si nepamatoval že se něco napsalo, smazal mi jméno a adresu jen tak pro nic už u již předepsaného dokumentu. Ztratil jsem dvě hodiny psaním a ten Váš cloud to nebyl schopen uložit.
    Absolutně nepřijatelné tento Váš produkt.
    Okamžitě se vracím k MS Office a ruším tento účet. Toto byl nejhorší zážitek v historii dokumentů co jsem kdy vyplňoval online. I česká správa má lepší služby než veleslavný adobe. Jdu psát do třetice dokument který váš cloud nezvlád uložit.

  6. O meu email coordenacaoregistros@sbhci.org.br possui assinatura, porém eu não consigo utilizar "Solicitar assinaturas eletrônicas" ! Ao abrir esta opção, recebo a oferta de testar e pagar, mas já temos o plano pago pela Sociedade Brasileira de Hemodinâmica e Cardiologia Intervencionista CNPJ 73.603.748/0001-52.   7. There is no way to remove the ****** floating menu when opening a pdf. Get rid of that garbage and show where the preferences can be changed at.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. We have copy file feature available now on Acrobat web by which you can duplicate your PDFs and use them. Please login to your account and let us know if you are able to use the feature and provide us feedback if there is any.

  9. You used to withdraw money from my account whenever you wanted, for example, in April, you withdrew money twice in a month from my card once on the 14th and once on the 22nd. Even twice a month and higher than the plan. Without sending me an email. I think one of your employees is stealing from customers' accounts. And instead of pursuing this manner, you penalize the person who is forced to close her account early to avoid this theft. your behaviour is not professional at all.

  12. I Just purchased a subscription for converting a pretty simple purchase order confirmation to excel and it doesn't work AT ALL. I had a bit of a poke around and their formatting isn't that bad, I can't understand you're making such a dog's breakfast of it!

    I can't process anything from this excel sheet. Can you improve on this? Otherwise the subscription I just paid for is useless to me.

  16. hello, your pop window for everything new and cloud shenanigan is really annoying!!!!!!
    yes we know you have other product but got shut off this non BS or have a means to turn it off.   17. The option to create folders within the "templates" section would be great. I have a lot of templates and being able to organize them into corresponding folders would be easier.

  18. Can you please make it a lot easier to Organize documents. We are used to the Microsoft way: C drive, then folders, then documents. And give me control over how I name them or organize them. Right now, I scan and the files are Useless! I cannot even control where they are easily. They should be on the Left side like all computers, but I cannot control the left side. Please!
