4. lost all my progress

   So I just spent three hours making my CV, when i clicked save as, the app in the browser stopped working. So I clicked F5 to refresh the page and lost all of my progress. Is there any way to recover the file? I am so ******* ****** off.

6. Compress PDF Function Not Working

    Your new version of Acrobat Pro is absolute JUNK! I now see that I will be charged $109 if I cancel my plan, I was not aware of this but rest assured, you may continue to get my $19.95 per month but I will NEVER use another plan of yours. I will not even use this new version. I will go back to using my XI Pro that I've used and enjoyed for many years. Good-bye, you have lost a customer forever and I will make sure to tell ALL of my colleagues and associates of this surprise billing catch. Ya'll suck.

12. So sorry this application has gone to the dogs!

    You have destroyed my ability to convert PDF to Word. I have a premium plan at $54+ per month and as of today I am continually asked automatically by Adobe to sign up for another $19 per month for cloud options. I have no desire to have the option to the cloud and need to be able to use my account right now!

    Guess I will have to cancel everything! So sad!

14. Adobe SIgn

    Sometime recently the way the Adobe sign emails have changed. The email "Title" now says Adobe Sign on Behalf of Builders Installed Products where it used to just say Builders Installed Products, this is very troubling to our customers that have used this for years, it now goes straight into their spam files.

17. Hebrew fields not available on downloaded copies.

    Bug report: when using the online pdf fill & sign tool, I filled a form and signed it. When I downloaded it, I discovered all signatures and filled data was OK, except fields filled with Hebrew text. English or numbers were OK. Since this was a government issued form, the only acceptable language is Hebrew and I wasn't able to fill it. Note that the Hebrew text was saved and appeared online fine - it's the downloaded version that was faulty.

18. poor software

    Help implied it had no solution as I do not have an "active plan" but offered a free trial which I am using to ask a question.

    My issue is that I have a small PDF which I loaded to convert to a DOCX file. It has been running for hours with no result yet.
