SharePoint document viewer has bad accessibility
I'm a technical writer at the University of Missouri and it has come to my attention that the accessibility of this viewer is bad. A colleague using JAWS found that when trying to read a PDF in the viewer, JAWS could not identify headings, which is so important for navigating a document. When viewing the same document in Acrobat, there was no problem.

Acrobat is GARBAGE
Product crashes, doesn't allow me to use Insert Text. Document cannot be saved. Problem reading the document!! FIX YOUR PRODUCT!!

If you allow bulk send with Adobe Pro, please enable bulk download. I have nearly 300 documents that I have to individually export BOOOOO!

Adobe Acrobat has a ton of bugs
I find that Adobe has a lot of bugs as a software. The first time I used it, I had tons of issues with just putting a water mark on the page and spent over an hour trying to get this fixed. Yesterday, I wanted to do the simple task of just redacting some text. However, any time I used the "redact text and images" button, I could only select text word by word by double clicking to redact. Service I am paying for is not being provided
Please make the PDF converter actually convert PDFs!! I have paid for an annual subscription to convert Word docs to PDFs. This is literally all I wat to be able to do and I don't need any of the other functions, yet every time I try to convert a document, I get a stupid pop up window telling me to upgrade my subscription and my document does not convert. Why on earth would I upgrade to a more expensive plan when you can't even provide me with the basic service I am paying for? Please fix this!!

Pay by use
I don't mind paying $5 per use for fill and sign through adobe. But I don't want to sign up monthly for something I need twice a year. I have decided to print and scan instead. The pay by use would have been preferable to me.

Alphabetical order
It would be nice to be able to automatically sort in alphabetical order, especially when making a combined file. Adobe web is like Apple, the whole concept of logical order is thrown out the window. Having to drag files up and down the list is very time consuming. I tried using your help service and searching on the web, but this doesn't seem to be included.
