Account upgrade issues
I'm so frusterated!
I am trying to convert a Microsoft word document to a pdf. I have a subscription that includes this. I get an error message every time I click on convert to pdf that says:
Your adobe acrobate trial has expired. Buy now to restore full access....I click on buy now and it brings me to this account. I try to upgrade my subscription and it sends me in a circle. It wont let me buy anything else it is trying to make me either upgrade this account or switch to a different account. What am I…

Bring back my favored tools!
The new interface makes it virtually impossible to see not only which images have been view, but which have been downloaded. The old interface presented me with a simple window that showed which files had been viewed or downloaded and when.

I met with a customer who asked for a way, as a reviewer, to set a default color that would apply across all reviews they participate in.

I hate this update also
This new update is confusing and inconvenient. I cannot quickly see who the agreements are sent to under recent. The name/email is not shown unless I open it.
When I send a template, I still have to review it to add fields, etc. which defeats the purpose of using a template. Why add this extra step?
The old Adobe sign platform worked well and I'm disappointed in the changes made1 vote -
Bad product
I bought this product just to make PDF files to Docx. This is even worse than the PDF. If I could, i would return this product and wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

I signed up to combine pdf files and after paying I am only limiited to a12 files. I am not happy as I cannot do my work,

Converts to wrong format in Word
I converted a .pdf document to Word and the format it created, Government Legal. I desired US Letter. There is NO WAY of changing it.

Excel Workbook Bug
New update no longer supports excel workbooks with multiple sheets in "Combine Files" option. Only inserts first sheet of workbook instead of all sheets.

Viewing Document Cloud folder from Adobe Scan APP
Hi, I want to know if it´s possible to see the folders created into http://documentcloud.adobe.com/AdobeScan/ from the Adobe Scan APP for iphone. (I can see the docs in the path directory (/adobeScan) but can´t see the folders I created into its folder. Thanks!

Can't use keyboard to delete files or folders.
Don't like having to use the mouse to delete files and folders, but the new interface forces me to do so.

Error message!
I keep receviving 'error 404' messages when trying to save minor correction to my document. This is costing me hours of time!

dissallow download and printing of proofs
important i need to be able to not allow download or printing
these are ment for proofs and some of my projects are proofed before payment and i need my clients to pay before the can print anything . also i would like to know if there is viewers and visitor tracking that did not review. please email me or contact me brad@bluebrad.com i would like to make this my print production proof system. i like it so far just need to not allow downloads or printing. review only .... Thank you for your feedback regarding controlling downloading, printing, and approval. It’s helpful to understand why you need that. Regarding your question about tracking whether people you shared with have reviewed or not, if you shared by Inviting People rather than simply generating the link, you’ll see a status for each of the people invited including who has not yet opened the file and who has added comments.

Very irritated with the new interface!! It adds extra time to my workflow because I can't see image details now without clicking on each one and it is killing me!

Horrible changes to adobe sign
The changes you have made to the Adobe sign are absolutely horrible! It is difficult for customers to figure out how to sign. It is extremely stressful to send and organize it!
I have used it for a few years and now have to consider using a different system. Please tell me you will go back to how it was1 vote -
object to requesting my birthdate at login
I object to you collecting my birthdate as a requirement to log in. It's easily possible to use some other information to authenticate me. I do not trust Adobe to keep my information confidential, because frankly, you lack imagination for not using another shared secret. Adobe is not authorized to use my birthday for any other purpose.
