Downloading (saving & prinitng) probems with Adobe Acrobat DC Cloud.
HI, I am based in Singapore and I purchased Adobe Acrobat DC Cloud on-line yesterday (3 Nov 2018). I have problems downloading (including saving or printing) my PDF files into my computer. Can you help? Please contact me urgently to resolve my Adobe Acrobat problems, thanks.

Allow users to organize and delete files
FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to create folders to organize files.
FEATURE REQUEST: Allow users to delete files.
PROBLEM: I cannot organize my files in any way, nor can I delete files that are irrelevant. This has rendered the experience almost unusable, as I cannot distinguish useful files from ones I don't need.
6 votescfrench respondedThank you for your feedback. Can you tell us more about what you’re trying to do? If you click on the Files tab, you’ll find that you can delete files that you’ve uploaded and create folders to organize them. Is it that those capabilities are not easy to find?
You’ll also find files that you’ve shared for Viewing, for Review or for Signature in lists under “Shared”. Are you trying to organize those files?

Changes to Adobe Sign are terrible
Where is the Manage tab for Adobe Sign????? Adobe removed functionality. I am trying to close on a deal and cannot manage docs!!! This totally sucks.
4 votescfrench respondedYou should see a toggle in the upper right corner of the interface, next to the filter, that says “Adobe Sign Manage”. Toggling that on, will display agreements in the traditional layout. Let us know if you don’t see that toggle or if that isn’t providing what you need.

Unusable! Fix what you broke
Fix whatever you broke that makes the sad face come up 60% of the time I want to use the software. Since the interface upgrade done, the software is working so infrequently after 5yrs of using it I am looking for alternatives.

Deleting Drafts
New version of cloud is HORRIBLE. I am no longer able to delete documents prepared for signature when they are in the DRAFTS stage. I now have several unnecessary documents sitting in my cloud that I could have previously deleted without issue.

ways to improve AdobeSign
To better compete with DocUSign, I suggest increasing the flexibility to restrcuture signing lists. Also really important to be able to edit signature fields and resend for signature. Date fields with time stamp are common in legal contract but there is no time option in the list of date configurations. Take a look at what DocuSign is offering. I don't think it would take major back end changes on your part to provide as competitive a product.

Update completely buggered my workflow
Since the update, Document Cloud is completely broken. It no longer supports any of the PDFs that I normally use (and worked before the update), nor does it function in Chrome now. This is severely interfering with my workflow pipeline. PLEASE FIX.

Adobe Sign email verbiage misleading
Adobe Sign confirmation emails say "signed and Filed!" This is confusing verbiage for a law firm retaining clients, since "filed" typically means lawsuit was filed.

Problem with Adobe Sign Manage
I am having some problems with the new Adobe Sign interface. If I switch on “Adobe Sign Manage” in the “For Signature” tab, it all works fine – at least, it works until the session times out. A pop-up message appears saying my session has timed out and asks me to click OK to refresh the session. This is where things go wrong.
The Adobe Sign Manage iframe gets blocked with a Chrome sad face page icon on a grey background. The console shows the following error and warning:

Terrible Update!!! Canceling this week!
The new update is extremely Frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I cant delete anything, contracts I have sent are not viewable! Personally if you dont figure this out im dropping this entire service! Can I please go back to the old way?

Usability of New UI Update
Him the new interface is really confusing.
- It's hard to find and manage my templates
- It's hard to even use a template, which is the whole point of this solution
- In the list of documents, It's not clear what the status of documents sent for signature are
- It's not clear who the document was sent toPlease don't launch UI updates until you actually finish the functionality. The old Adobe sign interface wasn't pretty, and it had some usability problems, but you don't fix them by launching something worse or incomplete.

HIGHLY DYSFUNCTIONAL: The New Adobe Sign Interface
I'm not sure what the goal was with this new Adobe Sign interface and operational flow...but it is absolutely terrible and whatever the mark was, it was missed completely. I'm so frustrated with the fact that this new set up was even launched and forced upon us in this condition...I have to fight with this program literally all day everyday just to simply send the same document out for signature to various clients.
