For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Have you tried refreshing the window? Additionally, if refreshing the window doesn't resolve the issue, could you attempt to upload the same file again and share it? Please let me know if you encounter the same issue after following these steps.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with this feature. Could you provide more information about? If is related to the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. With Modernized experience, you now get simplified document authoring experience, leverage AI-assisted form field detection and ability to revise, organize & save document edits in-progress, add/ remove recipients during agreement creation step. Here’s more information.

    If you still prefer to use the earlier version you can revert back by following these steps:

    1.   Click on your profile icon.

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

    This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact us.

  8. When I try to write a comment related to a new E-sign PDF, all the keyboard buttons work except the arrows right and left! this only happens with this program at this point in building a new E-sign PDF request. It is super annoying to have to use the mouse to move one letter right or left!!

  14. The updates for e-Signature are terrible. the old way kept the "Initials" box small from the start. This new one has to be resized -it's so time consuming. Also I put 2 documents in to get signed at once but it binds the two together, rather than being able to download as separate files once signed - again, this does not work when forms are required for different purposes and need to be split. This may be new and getting used to it, but not helpful at all sorry. Just sharing user experience and hope this feedback is taken on…

  15. This new version of Adobe is the absolute worst. A once great product is the most annoying part of my day. The program keeps freezing, does not respond to commands in a timely manner and just is an overall pain to use.

The Adobe Pro app is EXTREMELY laggy, especially: (1) when you first start it, (2) when SCROLLING through the document (not even when editing!), (3) and it takes even longer to CLOSE the app. Every time I click X it freezes and I have to force close the process. I am using an i7 computer and I cannot imagine how other, slower computers must have it. Please, ask your programmers to change the way Adobe launches, so that functions such as editing etc don't launch on startup/view, and only launch when I ask for them.   17. Hello, with the updated version of Adobe Sign the text formatting saved in my document templates are not carrying over when I prepare the document to send. I now have to manually update the paragraph settings of every form field even though the settings are correct in the template. This is a very time consuming issue for me.

  18. I have now 2 separate documents with each party's signature, and I can't figure out why I can't make a combined one with both signatures on it! I'm trying to find a way of contacting customer support for a half an hour now, but there is literally no platform to contact you for help! I hate this.

    Right now we don't have that feature implemented. Thank you for your suggestion! We appreciate your interest in helping us improve our product. We are always looking for ways to improve our product and will definitely consider your request.

  19. Hallo ich bin neu hier. Wieso kann ich eine PDF Datei in Acrobatreader in der Cloud gespeichert nicht als PDF herunterladen? Jedenfalls finde ich dieses Option nicht sondern kann nur den Link teilen, die pdf selber aber nicht. Das hilft mir gar nicht weiter.... Freue mich sehr über eine Rückmeldung Danke
