For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. have people that are willing to help, I was disconnected on 4 times, had to keep starting a new conversation and restart the process and at the end nothing was resolved and was just told to talk to my admin and then disconnected before I could ask a follow up question. Very unprofessional staff who lack work knowledge on how to address the issue I had or use their own resources to get someone knowledgeable to help me.

  7. Such a problematic cloud storage system... here are my reasons for abandoning adobe document cloud... never to use as core storage again.

    1. can't share folders - wow!
    2. no recovery for accidental deletes - wow!
    3. bulk downloads are so restrictive for size - wow!
    4. limited integrations to google / one drive - wow!

    So 90's in mentality...

  9. I don't understand how the maker of PDF can create such amazingly awful conversions of PDF to Word. Stunningly bad. Horrible. Worthless. You should be ashamed.

  10. The online version is completely unusable. It would not save, and I could not find a way to save it even if I wanted to, which is just terrible design. It is very unintuitive and the top navigation buttons didn't work and when I clicked them it just cleared my work. When I downloaded the offline version it worked just fine.

  12. I am a student at Gaziantep University in Turkey. Adobe does not have any student plan. Actually it has but it does not helpful. Prices are too high. We are student. We are not reach person. Why are not apps free for students? Will Adobe get rich by taking money from students? Useless, unnecessary and cruel system. Thanks to Adobe for helping students. If I graduate at University, I will make free programs for students. You will be my rival. Thanks so much.

  13. I'm writing to protest your outrageous fee increase. The monthly subscription went up by 25%!

    I don't see how you justify this. If there is another option besides Adobe, I will gladly cancel my account.

  14. miserable support and it really is very frustrating. I've attempted to contact support several times who say we don't chat about this product when i say what am i to do its not working. look into community support well what the **** i've done that for 3 flipping days since you don't have support on weekends so now once again the transfer stopped the support chat. WTF!!! totally sucks.

  15. I am canadian - us dollars .. Is Adobe new at doing business international

    I need a simple reader pdf editor

    I am computer expert and this should not take more than 5 min's of my time now I am here for 30 min's

  19. Die Funktion "Dateien zusammenführen" funktioniert nicht. Die Sammelmappe enthält immer nur ein einzelnes PDF, aber nicht alle. Zur optimalen Anzeige dieses PDF-Portfolios soll es in Acrobat oder Adobe Reader ab Version X geöffnet werden. Warum abonniere ich dann 2pro"ß

  20. The PDF proof I have on my hard drive appears to be in CMYK mode, whether it is or not - that's how it looks in Acrobat DC on my Mac. But I tested the Share function in the app by sending to my own email, so now I'm in my browser, looking at the proof I sent myself. And it all looks great, except completely wrong! That is, the colors are wrong. I'm looking at what looks like photos in RGB, but this should be CMYK. Isn't there a way to approximate CMYK in this web app where proofs…
