Acrobat Quit unexpectedly found why this happens.
The Acrobat quit unexpectedly so far, is caused by having selecting "PDF Thumbnail Preview and or selecting the Preflight function within Acrobat Pro. I deactivated them and have not had the problem recur. Those functions are nice to have so I expect Adobe to look into what is causing this annoying pop that some time locks up my system.

Massive Complaint
I did NOT sign up for this service!! I cancelled muy account last year and somehow I've been getting billed again for 6 months this year!?!? This is like a virus on my computer. I don't want Adobe on my computer, nor do I want this service or to pay an astronomical amount for a service I don't want. thumbs down.

cannot convert from pdf to word or word to pdf
I Cannot convert any files. it friezes at the end and takes more them 20/25 mins and still does not convert the files from word or from PDF.
can you help ?

Unfortunately, when converting a PDF document to a PPT that containing the language, the result was not good, as we hope to support the Arabic language in all types of documents.

Na tientallen keren in rondjes te draaien in de Adobe jungle weigert het platform mij te abonneren omdat het denkt dat ik in Wit-Rusland ben. Regio en lokale settings staan juist. Dit is het zoveelste probleem met Adobe. Bende klungelaars. Nooit nog één euro of dollar van mij.

So frustrating and difficult with this , I do run on three machines so always have to drop one off but this is ridiculous

Angry - very angry!
By immediately going back to the old format on ADOBE SIGN - THIS IS A TRAVESTY - there was NOTHING wrong with the old format. You have lost your minds if you think this is functional or intuitive. What galactically stupid programmer thought this was an improvement?? After 10 years - I am out and changing to something better than this garbage. This needs to be blown up on social media to get you to change.

Attachment Option No Longer Available
A few days ago I realized the option to include an attachment had been removed from E-Sign. I'm not sure what drove the change or if the problem is on my end, but it's really disappointing to not have the attachment option any longer.

To add an attachment field to the document, follow the next steps:- Open the desire file with request signature.
- Add recipient.
- Click continue/okay.
- On Left Hand Panel, scroll and click "view more".
- Scroll down until you find "Attachments"
- Click on "Attachments"
- Click on the document and place the field
With this, the recipient should be able to attach a file to the agreement

Date field default format problem
Why is Adobe Sign date field's default format European? Day/Month/Year?
Why can't the default be US format?
This is confusing my clients.
Also, the default date field should be date of signing!!1 voteHello Laura,
You can change the date format as you prefer by following this steps:
- Add a date field
- Click customize field
- On customize field type section click date format
- Select the format that you want to use
And done! With this you should be able to resolve your issue. Also we do offer a date of signing field, this one is different than the date field.

Adobe sign feature with date included
On the Adobe PDF sign feature, I'm coming up that when adding the recipient to date the signed document, you designate a format for the date. But when the recipient goes to sign, if they choose a format that doesn't fit the format chosen, an error message continues. But there is no guide or information/popup to indicate to the recipient the necessary format of the date that is needed in order for the document to be completed. I'm going to have use TEXT instead until I know this bug is corrected.

For this we have two options, first is to add a field of "Date of signing" where it will automatically fill the date when the document gets signed. The other option is to add a tooltip to the date field, you can do this by following the nexts steps:
- Add a date field
- Click customize field
- In customize field content section click on tooltip
- Add the instructions you need
And done!, with this you should able to see a tooltip when hovering over the date field. Also we do offer a message with a suggestion of how to fill it, should say something like "Please enter valid date, e.g., '12/31/2011'"

All section in Documents not working

Signatures not lining up where assigned.
With the latest update in format for putting together documents, I have noticed that signatures are not lining up where I assign them when someone signs the documents. I attached the last doc I have where this happened. The seller should have the signature above their name. Instead it is in the middle of the page.
