UX issue
It's stupid UX, I uploaded file to compress without sign-in. system shows me that file compressed but no link to download, then I signed-in, and when I compress same file I error file was compressed without any link where to download. It so unclear how to do such simple action

Wish I did not open the account
Totally disappointed to see charges to my card despite cancelling subscriptions. Just learned I am being charged for photoshop. Fantastic. Please cancel all subscriptions and stop charging my card. Never coming back again

Lost Notes
It lost comments/notes I made on 138 pages of reading!!!!! Maybe make it so that doesn't happen. I even tried saving the comments, and they are gone. Now I get to spend my birthday weekend reading. Thanks. This is wonderful.

You ************* have completely broken this ******* signing app. I have two inventor declarations. I pre-fill the inventor names. Your ******* software will not leave the names alone. Comment point size too small!
Comments are very small and hard to read at default. Need to be able to increase the point size of comments. Current workaround is to download to desktop, defeating the purpose of sharing and collaboration.

Free Online Tools x Basic Membership
I've a basic account for photography and I noticed that in order to do some PDF operations (to use the tools) I need to log out to be able to use some free tools available online for free for everyone (that is not logged in with a basic account). I imagine that this is to force us to upgrade the plan, which I unfortunately can't afford, and if I could I'd choose 'small pdf' that does the same and is cheaper. To log out of Acrobat Web, please follow the steps below:
- Click on the avatar icon located at the top right corner.
- After clicking, a menu list will appear. Select the last option titled "Sign out" from the menu.
- You will be successfully logged out of your account.

Mandatory to share a link vs attach
I have tried every solution to stop getting a link when I try and share a PDF (I want it to attach) and nothing works! It looks like all the issues are due to the document cloud but there is no obvious way to turn that terrible feature off!!! I have the boxes unchecked under preferences and I've changed the settings in my outlook under add ons. This is awful!

Bad new interface
The August 2023 update where the interface was completely changes is horrible. The old interface was intuitive, and the new interface is not only not intuitive but disrupts formerly efficient workflow. Bring back the old user interface - we are paying customers.

Acrobat Organize pages - error loading pdf
Is adobe online acrobat down? It is 'unable to display recent files' and Organize Pages feature not working with error message "Unable to edit ... This file may be password protected, encrypted, corrupt or a PDF form." Pls see attached image. Thanks.

Crop tool not working.
The crop function for PDFs just shows "loading" and does not ever load so you can actually crop your PDF. I have tried different WiFi networks, etc, to troubleshoot.

Text not copying and pasting
You coul make the text boxes actually copy and paste, this is supposed to be a premium, industry leading service. PDF is your bread and butter, and editing text is a nightmare

bug with free trial
started free trial. EVerytime I go to try an adobe function eg compress it takes me bak to the start a free trial page. Tried multiple times. SO disappointing.
