Anule y me han cobrado, no puedo pagar
Buenos dias. Les escribo porque solicite el uso de Adobe por un mes de forma gratuita y lo cancelé en su momento. Hora me habéis pasado un pago de 24 euros y no puedo pagarlo. Ahora me decis q me cobráis 120 € por cancelar la suscripción y me encuentro en una situación económica lamentable.

Resolved filter doesn't work as well as Checkmarks
When I share PDFs I have to use the dropdown menu for each comment and mark them Resolved. This is very close to Deleted and I have deleted comments accidentally that cannot be recovered. Please change this to the checkmark box option that's in normal PDFs. The Unchecked filter works better that way as well. In shared PDFs when I mark an edit Resolved it doesn't disappear even though my filter is set to only show Unresolved comments. I have to keep turning the filter on and off to hide the resolved comments. The checkmark feature is so much better.…

Web Form/Adobe Sign loading failure
I have been trying to create a web form and the stupid thing has been hung on a loading screen for SEVEN MINUTES - it's a two page form, so I doubt it's a file size issue. Why does your bug report take you to UserVoice forum? This seems like an actual like, US-EAST type outage.

E-Sign not working
PDF documents do not show properly when downloading or printing any document. Any edit I make there is cut outs in the document.

too much for occasional user and retiree
I rarely use Adobe Acrobat. I am retired. Please accept my cancellation. I may want to use Adobe Acrobat in a few months for just a few documents, but I am not a regular user nor can I afford your fee.

you said if i signed up for a free account i could convert pdf to excel for free online now capping at 1 per day and $20 a month just to convert files???? honestly just inspires me to NEVER pay adobe for anything and use any other option you guys are ****

Free Trail Scam?
See attachment. If I have to give my credit card, then it clearly is NOT a free trial. I would consider this a scam Adobe.

Make Encryption a Free Option
At the very least, Adobe Reader should allow you to encrypt a scanned document without requiring the purchase of the entire Adobe PDF suite! I understand if you want to edit, draw, e-sign, but encryption in this day of web identity theft should be a FREE option.

Cookie Warning covers Click to Sign
Our end users are encountering a serious issues with the "Cookie Warning" box because it covers the final "Click to Sign" request and prevents them from finishing the electronic signing process. This has resulted in missed deadlines and huge frustration.

Filter views in shared review lacking
Why can't I filter by "unresolved" in the shared review, only resolved. doesn't make sense, and why are the filter options different between all the different ways of looking at reviews? (Desktop app vs. shared online review vs. importing comments into InDesign).

Sugestão de melhoria no campo "Documentos"
A view "Documentos" é muito ruim, o Ctrl + F não funciona a maioria das vezes que tentamos localizar um arquivo, e a "lupa" de busca também não é muito funcional. Os filtros poderiam ser mais simples e efetivos, é difícil achar um determinado documento quando já temos diversos "acumulados". Uma opção seria trazer em grid simples e semelhante as pastas de arquivos do windows, pois aqui as linhas são grossas como colunas de excel e pouco funcionais.

Refund request
Hi- I’ve canceled my subscription during the trail period but got charged anyway/ the cancellation was not properly processed. I only saw the charges recently. Very difficult to cancel trial plan
It's simply impossible to cancel the trial plan with too many verifications and eventually locked account, is this done on purpose? It's absolutely not customer-centric
