1. New Website Design

   Is it possible to revert back to the previous design of the website?
   I don't think the new design is user friendly. With the old design it was easier to use as all agreements were categorised, ie:
   - Out for signature
   - Cancelled
   - Signed agreements
   If this is a feature that is available in the new design, please can you make it more obvious as to how to categorise the agreements. With the new new design, all agreements are just listed which is not efficient when you want to quickly check your agreements that you need to follow up for signature.
   Also I cannot see the option to replace signer which was available in the old design.
   The new site does not seem to run correctly on Safari.
   I cannot see historical signed agreements, only the recent ones. Where are the old agreements stored?

2. Sending another document

   After I send a document to be signed I can not click "send another document" as in previous versions of this website. I can only click "track Agreement" I have to go to home and then to apps and then "send for signature" its a real pain that didn't use to happen.

3. Manage section for Adobe Sign is terrible

   Such a disappointing update. There is absolutely no way for me to keep track of my sent sign agreements as they all look the same in the list - see snippet. Everything takes me a million times longer as there is no way for me to search for a particular agreement, I have to click on them one by one to see which one I'm looking at. There' no way for me to modify my tabs (e.g. add a 'receiver' tab), or anything along those lines. Absolute ****.

4. Cannot attach PDF to our system in this format.

   We cannot attach this document in our agency management system as we could when the document was a pdf on an email.
   How can we solve this without converting the document and then attaching? This is too many steps for the amount of documents we handle.

9. New update is unworkable and I cannot run my business. Adobe is costing me money.

   The new update is terrible. I cannot move the window anywhere. The minimize and close buttons don't work. The program is absolutely useless now. I can't even right click to snap it left or right. and clicking the x or minimize just affects the program behind it. This is not workable and I need to use this to run my business. fix this now.

12. REVERT HOMEPAGE

    The experience for sending for signature has been absolutely ruined. Who thought it would be a brilliant idea to remove the simple button that says "Send another document"? The new UI is convoluted, but that would be excusable if that one simple button was still there. Now you need to reload to the home page, then load up the sending page again. An additional step introduced for absolutely no reason.

13. PDF PACK: Ability to create PDFs from MS Publisher

    I use very few Acrobat features, but the one I really need is the ability to create PDFs from MS Publisher for commercial printing. It would be helpful if I could do this using the PDF Pack since it allows conversion of MS Word and Excel docs.

15. Improve PDF Preview and File Organization on Android

    I would like to see better options for managing and previewing PDF files in Acrobat Reader on Android.

    When users have many PDF files saved on their devices, it can sometimes be difficult to quickly identify the right document. Features such as PDF thumbnails, better folder organization, custom labels, recently viewed files, and an improved search experience would make document management much easier.

    It would also be useful to have a clearer preview before opening a PDF, especially when several files have similar names. A simple file-management interface with sorting options such as name, date, size, and recently opened documents could make Acrobat much more convenient for Android users.

    These improvements would be particularly helpful for students, writers, and anyone who regularly keeps PDF guides, notes, manuals, and reference documents on their phone.

16. Ui is atrocious

    First time on the site, 4-5 things had to be dismissed or moved out of the way before I could even attempt to focus on the pdf at hand. 3 of which were intrusive "use our AI and ruin the planet more" pop-ups. Then, your 'fit to page' is hidden behind a **** menu so took me an additional 30-45 seconds to find. All told an entire minute before I could get to the main purpose of the site, which is to read a **** PDF. Then, once I paused for a moment and remembered I have better tools to do that on my desktop, it took me another 30 seconds to find the download link, again, hidden in a menu with no label.

    Oh right the real reason for the site is to push your AI, and prove its necessary by firing anyone with a brain that could do UI design at your company.

    I will not be back.

17. Reduce email clutter for people signing documents

    How you would like to get a "You just sent an email:" email every time you sent an email?
    Allow the signer to switch off the annoying and pointless "You signed:" email notification WITHOUT switching them off for the person who sent the document to be signed.
    I was told by a support person that they could only switch off the annoying "You signed:" emails for everyone (i.e., both the person requesting the signature and the person signing).
    But don't you see how ridiculous that is? Our users are rebelling and refusing to sign electronically because of this nonsensical email clutter.
    The person signing should be allowed to switch off the "You signed:" notification.
    THIS SHOULD NOT STOP the notification email that is sent to the person who requested the signature - they obviously need to receive that email.

19. Signing sequence

    When I enable approvers to sign in a sequence, I wasn't to be able to have multiple people sign at each point. So if 10 people signing, say 4 people able to sign as step 1, 6 people as step 2. Your product forces the document to be signed in 10 steps with only 1 signatory allowed to sign at a time. This is inferior to other products in the market.
