For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Your new version is messing up with my documents.
    I input "1" but the downloaded file shows "4"
    And this is not the only case.

  2. Hi. Is that the only comment functions in Adobe? I attach a photo from pdf x-change editor (for comparison). It has easier and more comment functions

  3. APPAULED that Adobe would release such a product. It should be removed from the market. It's clearly a terribly buggy pre-beta.
    Have lost hours upon hours of work. Just disappeared.

  4. Where did invoices go?? I cannot find them and I can't get them emailed to me. It's garbage when I have to subscribe with a ccard monthly, and have to provide the invoice to the ccard charges. Unnecessarily complex.

    Thanks for reaching out to us. You can access your invoice by following below steps:

    1. Login to acrobat.adobe.com

    2. Now click on Adobe accounts option under Profile icon present at top right corner

    3. You can check your invoice under Plans and payment menu

  5. I have had £21.14 taken from my bank account . I did not order an adobe subscription and do not want one . I was talking to a virtual assistnat called Chas who eneded the conversation without helping in any way to resolve the issues

  7. the Adobe home screen pops up every time I open a PDF. Signing in does not help. How can I stop this? It is extremely annoying!

  11. I paid for the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
    annual membership on May 11, 2022. For the past two weeks or more, I've experienced the same error. A pop up window reads, "An internal error has occurred." I have no idea what has happened. I've uninstalled & reinstalled the app but no corrections manifest. Please resolve whatever "internal error" is going on so that I may capitalize on this once-wonderful product. Thank you.

  12. the new layout of adobe sign is horrible to use!!!!! I don't need all the functions from editing PDFs, I need to easily find my templets and documents. Now can't even search only with in Templates???! it always give me all the result from all the agreements...I don't understand why do you combine adobe sign with the acrobat interface, it's a horrible idea

    Thanks for your feedback on Acrobat web. Sorry, to hear about your experience with the convert tool. In order to investigate it further, can you please share the original file with us?


  18. The "Request E-signature" has been changed as of 6/11 to open a window prompting file upload. Not all actions start with a file upload, often it is with a template. Even though the new system offers that too, it is not efficient because you can load only 1 template at a time and have to click around to achieve what you need. The previous system was much more efficient. Please revert to the way it was. Thank you!
