New design awful
New interface is ugly, harder to use, slower to use, more confusing, and not as intutive...for example, if I'm dragging and dropping multiple images to send, instead of waiting for me to finish, it keeps wanting to "reset" to the 'send' dialogue box. Why make it unnecessarily more difficult to use, and less user-friendly? Old concept was easy, clean, everything was super easy to use.

Also hate this new version.
This new version is highly unintuitive and I can't find anything!!! Change it back!!! To find my templates for example, I need to go to the "For signature" section and then go to a drop down box to find my templates. And where are all the documents which have already been signed by all parties? there is a list of agreements but no column to tell me who the main parties are to the document, I have to click through every one to find the one I am after (since they are all the same document and have the same…

Terrible signature platform
Hello,
I'm incredibly disappointed with the document cloud service. Consistently get Adobe Sign Is Not available at this time. And also its very difficult to find the signed document you want. I should be able to look documents up by email address it was sent to. please improve this.2 votes -
New Interface Sucks
I HATE THE NEW INTERFACE. It never loads. I've cleared the cache, I've reset the browser, I've tried everything short of standing on my head. This whole "Adobe Sign is not available at this time" **** is unacceptable.

New format is clunky
I really liked the compact way I could view all of my files in the old format. Right now, despite trying two different web browsers, its even hard to find a way to scroll through the files I have. Every time I log in I have to resort the files so I can see what is waiting to go out. Also-I can't figure out how to cancel an agreement that I got half way through and realized there were issues. This is such a surprise for such an established company like Adobe. If you had focus groups they sure weren't…

Search by who it was sent to. not by contract name. I have the same document name 300 times. I can't find who I sent it to now

Terrible new layout
The change over is completely terrible. Navigation is horrible. Nothing is located conveniently. Takes forever to find things. Wish it would go back to the way it was

Files older than 3 months are still missing!
All files previous to July 12 are still missing. We are talking 6 years of signed forms here.

Horrible update
The re-design of adobe sign is terrible. There is no way to easily tell what is outstanding, waiting for a signature. It is ridiculously cumbersome to have to click on every recently sent document to find out which one belongs to which person when you've sent out a significant amount of documents to be signed.
It's not user friendly at all. So many clicks are required to get anything done. Things can't easily be cancelled, templates can't easily be deleted.
The update is a nightmare.

NO HUMAN SUPPORT FOR SENDING FILES????? Your new platform IS MISSING MANY FUNCTIONS. IT SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks for ruining my week. Now I have to go looking for another file sharing platform and leave Adobe, competition because after all of these years working with you, yours no longer fits our needs.

Missing SEnd more & Manage buttons
Once a document is signed, there is no longer a button to Send another document or go to the Manage agreements. You have to go the long way back to Document Cloud then E-Sign. Its a time waster.

New site is frustrating and NOT user friendly!
Go back to the old format, so the site is usable again. There are NO training documents to refer to, we find it hard to edit existing documents, place field for signatures, change signers, see who needs to sign, etc, etc. Very frustrating.

WE CANNOT USE YOUR HALF-*** NEW FORMAT. . IT SUCKS
I am cancelling our account because we cannot use the new platform. It is missing many of the features we use every day (forwarding capability, viewing the recipient at a glance on the list, copy/paste previous text content, etc).... Truly, your "update" is so backwards and half-minded.
