For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Shared for viewing concerns

    I use this service mainly for photo distribution. The new design does not allow for all of the thumbnails to be seen on a grid at the same time. You must click on a very small photo to get a better view and then cannot advance to the next one. I'd like to see options on configuring the viewing page for the delivered photos. Going to the next photo or document without having to back up to the previous page would be great. Thanx

  3. send for signature does not wiork properly and does this every week, some days its good and some days it has errors

    Hi

    The adobe send for signature option always crashes and it makes it difficult to do my work.

    it works some days and it doesn't on others, this a weekly occurrence

  4. Adobe Document Cloud won't open CRA fillable/saveable PDF

    Why can't I open this in your web app? I run Linux and I have no other option to open this file as you have discontinued Linux support of your Adobe reader.

    the dashboard does not work properly and I cannot the old documents signed, after one month they disappear from the list, where do they go?

  12. Error message!

    I keep receviving 'error 404' messages when trying to save minor correction to my document. This is costing me hours of time!
    This happens far too frequently and I need to get it resolved please.

  14. text appears too high. folder doesn't update

    Since the latest revision, text appears higher on the form than it appears when you are in fill & sign mode. Also, new files don't appear unless you go out of "files" and go back in.

  18. How do you convert a .pdf to a docx. It is not obvious from pdf.cloud.

    Ugh!!!!! I am in .pdf services. I cannot convert my .pdf to a docx. Uploaded the file. I clicked on export. I keep getting these windows that say add more. What is the problem. I thought this was supposed to be easy.

  20. Can no longer edit my pdfs . it appears the pdf is affected by Google Chrome, but I cannot figure out how to edit now

    Google Chrome appears to prevent me from editing pdfs now. I dont know how to get that feature to work now
