Search should also search in pdf file content
I would expect the search function on documentcloud.adobe.com to search in the content of the pdf-files. But it seems as if it does not. I have tried to copy OCR-text from a pdf saved in document cloud, pasted one of the words in the search fields and none files are identified.
I would highly appreciate a search function actually searching the content of the files, not only the file names. This would also be great in the Adobe Scan app.

Horrible non-user friendly product
Please deploy software that works. I am in my 3rd night of trying to get a boy scout to stop using your cloud service to complete the Adobe fillable file, he cannot save or access it, he opened an account, and then you denied him access to his file. Now he sends me a link that wont open with an error message to download the latest version. I am using a 2 week old computer, its up to date.

Please bring back old design
the new Sign Agreements GUI is horrible. Please bring back the prior interface. (1) I cannot tell from the Sign Agreements screen whose agreements they are and there's no way to add that column; (2) I used to be able to download content of a signed form. Now when someone enters a lot of text in a text field, I cannot tell what the remaining texts are.

helpful suggestion
I love the scan feature on the mobile app, which is why I use adobe cloud. The online file storage options is nice to have, but very tedious to work with. I recommend you copy google drive to improve user interface

Adobe login is irritating
As an Adobe subscriber it is extremely irritating that I need to sign in to Adobe every time I want to save a PDF that someone sends me.

InCopy cause loss of productivity
I regret using InCopy and Cloud. We lost over a week un-productive time due to the cloud files not syncing at all and my editor's InCopy not finding the files that I created.
During a time crunch, losing that much time has hurt and I can never suggest these products. More over I am just saddened. Due to the great experiences I have had with Indesign and Illustrator I had expected InCopy to be the right solution for us. Now he has less than a week to finish, when before he had 2 full weekends.

Can't delete document from document cloud
1) Let users add multiple signatures so that for instance husband and wife could sign a document without needing to send it to themselves via document cloud also because some of us would not want documents with personal signatures on the cloud to begin with
2) Allow users to delete (securely and for good) any of the documents that had to be uploaded to the document cloud. So far I see no option to accomplish that and that's a terrible UX... had to reach out to assistant in chat! Thanks.5 votes -

Your designers are morons
Your UI changes to reading PDFs online are...moronic.
The task bar at top is now approx. 6 inches...why so large?
I can tell you why: your designers are morons.
Is it not obvious that change only for the sake of change isn't a good thing? Hasn't the last 5-10 years taught us this, software-wise?

Bad Customer Experience
I am an Adobe employee, and I am having problems with my Adobe DC product. I've reached out for help via phone and chat. It's been over 30 minutes and I haven't reached anyone, and I haven't received any update about progress toward speaking with someone.
This is bad. I'm a bit embarrassed this is the experience. Thought we were further along in this regard.
Happy to share my experience with a support manager in San Jose, if needed.

Security issue
I think my account has been accessed by someone else.
I have not opened by account for several months and opened dates show very recent dates!
Please let me know if you had any breach of security which would be unacceptable considering the fact that contractual documents are by essence confidential;1 vote -
Cloud viewer highlight
The fact that Adobe stopped to support Linux is understood. But, it really grinds my gears that I can't highlight in the web browser viewer!
