Dates not sorted by YEAR
OMG, you HAVE to do something about the dates. I am seeing document from October 2018 appearing in my RECENT documents. Please get the YEAR included in the date so that recent means recent, not the same day from years ago.

no option to remove a user from send for comment review cycle
Remove a user from send for comment review document without cancelling the sharing of file. There is no option to remove one single use that I have added in the review cycle through send for comment.

Organize files on Acrobat site, dislike
I don't like the redirecting me to cloud function just to organize files. It is too many clicks! and makes my life so much harder to complete a simple task.

Comment icon making shared PDF hard to read
Hi! I LOVE that there's a way to send a PDF out for group edits. We've encountered an issue, though - if there's a comment, we can't read what's beneath the icon. See the attached example. I hope this is something that can be easily fixed - InVision is a good example of this feature well done. Thank you!

Noting the dimensions
Unable to tell what zoom level you are at when viewing a document. Would be nice to see % level.
Would also be nice to see the size dimensions of the PDF shared, 8.5x11 in?1 vote -

Distorted PDF file
The PDF that I converted to a word document was completely distorted. I needed to use this with my students and I cannot use it.

False and misleading customer service claims
You need to vastly improve the training of your support staff- I went through 5 agents and three hours of my time trying to get a simple question answered- one agent 'Priya' completely misinformed me about HIPAA compliance and a BAA contract associated with upgrading to Adobe Acrobat DC --Me: "Does that plan offer a BAA contract and is it HIPAA compliant?"

Accidental deletion
When you click the three dots to the right of the file (download, create, delete, combine, etc.) you have the download and delete right next to each other. Do you know how many times I have accidently deleted a file when trying to download it? There is also no undo or trash that you can retrieve a file you accidently delete. Can you please either move the download and delete buttons, away from each other. Or allow an option to undo, or restore from the trash, or a pop up that says "Are you sure you want to delete this…

Get rid of the popups
Please stop all the annoying popups that show every time I open a new PDF. The "restore" popup is so terrible! It gets in the way of my document and I have to close it every time. I've searched online for a way to turn it off and can't find it. Thanks.

Document language missing (eliminated)

We are a company, who uses your services daily and we are very satisfied with the range.
Yet, we have noticed you eliminated the option of SLOVENŠČINA (SLOVENIAN LANGUAGE) from the drop-down menu in the EXPORT PDF service, i.e. document language.We were very happy to learn you included this language since it has linguistic attributes many others do not incorporate, and we mainly work with that language.
Ever since you eliminated it, it has been noticeably harder to work with documents in any form.

drag screen left and right
There should be a way to zoom in and still be able to drag the screen left or right to view all content. It is cumbersome to zoom out, select the location on the page to zoom back in.
