Skip Download Before Opening
When the extension opens PDF files from Gmail, it would be preferred if they were not downloaded first. The whole concept of opening them in browser as opposed to downloading outright is to NOT take up space on the hard drive.

Prefill THEN Send
The overhaul of Adobe Sign is terrible. I created an e-sign template, placed the fields, and when accessing the template to send it for e-signature, some fields had been reassigned and others were un-assigned, requiring me to manually re-do the assignments during what used to be the Prefill stage of the process. When I hit "Send" which previously would take me to the screen where I would prefill the fields that were indicated as such, it instead sent an unfilled form to the recipient.

We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with the new experience. To prefill a document in the new Adobe Sign experience, try the following:
- Open the agreement draft.
- Double left-click the field you want to prefill.
- In the settings panel, go to “Field assigned to” and select “Yourself (Prefill)”.
Alternatively:
- Click the field once.
- In the context menu, select “Change recipients”.
- Choose “Yourself (Prefill)” as the recipient.
Lastly:
- Click on the Prefill button.

Move Continue Button to Top
Move the continue button for terms of use to the top of the web form documents from the bottom. My customers struggle to scroll and find it.

"Shared by others" no longer including documents shared via link
Hi! The "Shared by others" section in the Adobe Acrobat web app does not work anymore. It used to list all documents that were shared with me via a link, but it does not anymore. It would be great if there were a toggle option to enable that, to include documents shared to many people via a link rather than specifically with me. Thanks!

Adobe AI Assistant censorship is too strict
Adobe AI assistant is way too conservative in censuring legitimate news articles ... for instance my WSJ daily downloads sometimes contain articles that relate to geopolitical violence and the AI assistant refuses to summarize them saying the content violates user guidelines ... I have to go to ChatGPT to summarize these articles and it always does just fine. This is inconvenient for me though so AI Assistant should be fixed. If ChatGPT is smart enough to know legitimate news, then Adobe AI assistant should be too. Thanks.

Allow roll back to old version of E-sign
Can we please have the old version of E-sign back. We keep getting these updates forced on us and up till now have been able to roll back to the old version. The old version was more user friendly than the current version. We're looking at other providers with a view to moving when our current subscription is expiring

The new format for Requesting e-signatures does not allow the user to access the US Government Forms template library.

Cannot access documents
The documents tab is not working, it's been weeks like this. I need to access my templates and make e-sign documents and be able to access them, please fix this as soon as possible.

Document stuck in waiting to prefill and will not allow me to cancel the agreement
I am having this same issue. It still does not work. I have sent out a document and it is stuck in the waiting for me section and will not let me delete it. Support was not able to help

1. Go to Documents -> Agreements -> Waiting for you
2. Select the agreement you want to hide.
3. Click on "Hide Agreement" on the Right Hand Panel. We appreciate your feedback and hope this clears things up.
