saving freezes and does not work
Recent development of Adobe Acrobat is awful, saving works only 1 time out of 7. Can not oven covert, the button is here but does not do anything, just a frozen screen. Totally unpredictable, I have chosen the directory, and suddenly it just does not work, and I need to repeat. It seems like constant glitch. I had used the previous version, always worked perfectly, this one is like unfinished faulty one.

Save option for Webforms
Regarding submitting a webform:
Please, please, please, provide an option to save the form before it is sent by the user.
We have had two forms not come through due to a user mistake. The form is lost unless a copy is made.

PDF printing is disabled
Since a computer update recently, I am no longer able to print PDFs. That means no PayPal or bank statements, among others.
I usually get the message that PDF printing is not supported. I am supposed to download the file and print using Acrobat Reader. Well, it is already IN Reader. HELP!1 vote -
Signature placement and date of agreement

In our documents, it is essential for us to include the "date of agreement" as a required column. However, we've encountered instances where the date doesn't display at all. This inconsistency affects the accuracy and completeness of our records.

New Version No Good
Your new signing system isnt very good - it doesnt remember email addresses from history like it used to, and now signing takes longer as you can't just drag and drop signatures and dates - you need to select signature and then type of signature - wasting clicks

Horrible experience
YOUR APP IS AWFUL. PLEASE GO BACK TO PREVIOUS VERSIONS. I AM UNABLE TO DO ANY OF THE FUNCTIONALITY I HAD BEFORE. JUST A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. TRYING TO FIND ANY OTHER WAY TO WORK ON DOCUMENTS NOW.

The E-Sign has not worked for me the last two times and it is very frustrating.

Confusing storage and file access
Just upgrade to Pro to convert PDF to other formats or edit.
Finding it keeps pulling me into cloud version of tools, shows me all files in a list (not my local file directories). REALLY confusing where you are putting m,y work and how I can store it so I know which items go with which projects.
Frustrating first day - was working more understandably before upgrade. I wouldn't renew today...

Can't send multiple templates for e-signature at once.
Removal of the option to send multiple forms for e-signature is a HUGE step backward and the only reason I was using this service to begin with. Bogging down everyone's emails with multiple requests is neither "easier" or "more effective." Combining files does not allow for multiple signature lines either so there isn't even an alternative to the old functionality of e-signing.

get a business only solution that actually works for just documents without all of the coreldraw wannabe apps.
most of the time docs dont load correctly. Im trying to merge 3 pdfs and one is blank forms. Colossal waste of time to have to do everything multiple times.

bring back the old version, this new design is the worst thing that has happened to my professional life
The latest changes that fundamentally changed its design is the worst thing you could have done to the amazing software that it was. It is so difficult to nevigate through it since it changed everything. Now I cannot add initials for a service agreement by clicking on the option for it to be included in evry page which was the case in the original design, this new one does not give this option and I have to add 20+ initials on each page, arghhhhhh. Seriously can you bring the old version. I do not consent to being upgraded to this…
