Adobe Sign loses access to document history whenever there is a license change
Your Adobe Sign product is a mess. Any time there is a change of license, access is lost to the previous documents on the account. The only way to expect any reliability is to never make any changes, including any possible upgrades.

PDF shared cloud editing still doesn't work
Why are PDF forms so awful? I have to remake PDF forms in Word or Google Docs so that I can have a shared for the form.
10+ years of clouds services and Adobe still is miles behind everyone on shared doc editing. It's mind blowing.3 votes -

The online version sucks.
Where do I start? The online Adobe really sucks when compared to the downloaded version. I hate that may files are saved to the cloud instead of directly to my desktop. There is no save function like on the downloaded version. I was told that I would be happy with the online version. That is not the case. I pay every month for the services, but it is not more convenient.

Adobe Sign - Won't Load Document
When I upload a document and attempt to send for signatures, I can write the message to those I'm sending it to, adding their email addresses but that's it. When I click "Specify Where to Sign" it gets stuck @72% loading or it gives me the error message "Could Not Send, An invalid JSON was specified.

uploading documents always gets stuck
I hate acrobat online. It ALWAYS freezes when I am trying to upload a document to request a signature from a client. This has cost me so much time refreshing and it messing up each time until the 10th time is the charm. So annoying please fix.

Signature too small
Too small signature on returned document makes this product unusable. Please let me know if there is a fix.

Did you use Request Signatures to request someone else to sign? Or did you use Fill and Sign to sign it yourself? Did it happen to all documents or just some? Is it possible for you to share the documents with us so we can investigate?

Poor quality product
After editing and downloading documents the spacing is always off. I pay for this service and am disappointed by the quality.

Cannot save PDF files when editing
I am not able to save PDF files after editing them using this service. Gives me an error number of 105. Says the file cannot be read when saving. Really need this solved since I am working from home.

Review Server Credentials Expired – "Re-enter your sign-in for access" HOW?
Acrobat Pro DC v. 2021.00520058
Context: PDF review hosted on a Microsoft SharePoint server with Single Sign-On (SSO)
I am unable to connect to the server, check for new comments, send/publish my comments.
In View > Tracker > Reviews > Joined, I'm am given "Error: Could not get new comments. Login credentials are expired or invalid; please re-enter your sign-in for access."
There is no way to do this.
Sometimes it says "Error: Could not get new comments. Adobe Acrobat cannot access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again."
There is no problem with my connection.…

Horrific experience using this software
The acrobat is very cumbersome and doesn't work well at all. I tried to use this for a big business change we are going through and every document was returned to us due to issues we had editing it. I had to convert all files over to Apple's Preview, which worked flawlessly and allowed me to complete my project in a timely manner and without any stress. Adobe needs to review this software and redo it. It's terrible and I am shocked it is adobe brand.

Very, very disappointed
Have 3 year subscription to Adobe Acrobat DC. Very disappointed. Unable to convert web pages to PDF. When printing web to Adobe PDF, prints uneditable images. OCR scans are negligible. When opening browsers, prompted to sign in when already signed in via the desktop version. And even after signing in via a browser, I'm still prompted to try trials for features I already have! Help is not helpful at all. Hardly anything works! WHAT IS THIS!!

Soooo user UNfriendly
Although I appreciate that it is an option, the signing process pretty much sucks. Could you maybe try harder to make it even more user unfriendly??
Examples:
Being able to change the message that accompanies the request as you are specifying where to sign...

You should be able to change the message accompanies the signature request before it’s sent out. There is a Back button in the right hand panel where you are specifying where to sign, which will take you back to the previous screen where you can change the message.

Unable to fill & sign on password protected pdf
Unable to use "Fill & Sign" feature on password protected file. While I'm able to view the pdf.

Sign can't work, tech support can't fix it
Sign doesn't work. You couldn't make it work so I have to pay for Authentsign. I should not have to also buy other subscriptions because sign doesn't work. It stopped working right when i bought creative cloud. The only think i actually needed is the Sign feature.

Missing agreement in the Adobe apps
We are actively use Adobe Acrobat for the e-signature. We would like to highlight that the Adobe apps need to be improved. Sometime the agreement that we sent to the approver, and the approver's apps doesn't appear that agreement.
