Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Go back to the way it was before!!!!!!!!! This new update was launched premature and is unacceptable. The search feature froze and I can no longer view all documents. I can not delete documents or pretty much do anything with this new update. I want to cancel and I want a full refund!

  3. Hi! I am an Adobe Employee, Emily Jansen. The upload functionality has not been working on Document Cloud for 2 weeks. I keep getting the message "Error Uploading - Timeout or network error". My colleagues have told me that they are experiencing the same issue. I use the Document Cloud to share presentations with customers and this is forcing me to use competing solutions like DropBox. I primarily use Google Chrome as my browser.

  7. I am so disgusted with Adobe and their approach to disabling legitimately purchased Acrobat Pro XI that I have deleted my software and purchased PDF Element6 Pro. Their price is better than yours, the utility it provides is all that I require and I only have to pay for it the one time and not be subject to Adobe's extornionate practices. I bought Pro XI bundled with a Fujitsu 1200M scanner. Go after them not me if its 'counterfeit'. I shall avoid using or recommending Adobe software from now onwards.

  9. Hello,

    I have been using Adobe Acrobat DC Pro to sign and send my documents via my Outlook client.

    However, the new version of Acrobat DC doesn't seem to follow the same process.

    Please advise on whether or not it is still possible to Sign and Send documents the way we used to.

  10. This new interface is horrific. The old one was perfect--simple and functional. This one is very counter-intuitive. Is there any way to optionally access and use the older interface?

  11. I've got to tell you that I do not like your new pdf viewer. When all you want to do is read a pdf, you've just got too much stuff in the way. I had to switch to usiong Google Chrome instead. It provides a clean view of the files without all of the unnecessary junk. Sorry. But I think you should just go back to the basic reader you had so long ago.

  12. I have always though of you people as being time rich. You have nothing to do all day, which is why you keep changing your software. I used to be able to find a link to a document on the cloud site, now some time rich Adobe employee has moved it.

  14. I don't know why the e-sign feature has suddenly changed but it's absolutely terrible. I used to be able to see a neat list of every contract that went out for signature and they would be categorized by whether or not they had been signed yet with the recipient's email address listed for easy identification. Now it just shows that a a list of contracts was sent out, which they all look the same with the same name and must be individually opened in order to see who the recipient is. This change has actually caused a lot of frustration.…

  15. After I send a document to be signed I can not click "send another document" as in previous versions of this website. I can only click "track Agreement" I have to go to home and then to apps and then "send for signature" its a real pain that didn't use to happen.

  16. Such a disappointing update. There is absolutely no way for me to keep track of my sent sign agreements as they all look the same in the list - see snippet. Everything takes me a million times longer as there is no way for me to search for a particular agreement, I have to click on them one by one to see which one I'm looking at. There' no way for me to modify my tabs (e.g. add a 'receiver' tab), or anything along those lines. Absolute ****.

  18. We cannot attach this document in our agency management system as we could when the document was a pdf on an email.
    How can we solve this without converting the document and then attaching? This is too many steps for the amount of documents we handle.
