For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Acrobat Pro DC v. 2021.00520058

    Context: PDF review hosted on a Microsoft SharePoint server with Single Sign-On (SSO)

    I am unable to connect to the server, check for new comments, send/publish my comments.

    In View > Tracker > Reviews > Joined, I'm am given "Error: Could not get new comments. Login credentials are expired or invalid; please re-enter your sign-in for access."

    There is no way to do this.

    Sometimes it says "Error: Could not get new comments. Adobe Acrobat cannot access the network. Please verify your computer's network connection and try again."

    There is no problem with my connection.…

  2. Have 3 year subscription to Adobe Acrobat DC. Very disappointed. Unable to convert web pages to PDF. When printing web to Adobe PDF, prints uneditable images. OCR scans are negligible. When opening browsers, prompted to sign in when already signed in via the desktop version. And even after signing in via a browser, I'm still prompted to try trials for features I already have! Help is not helpful at all. Hardly anything works! WHAT IS THIS!!

  3. Although I appreciate that it is an option, the signing process pretty much sucks. Could you maybe try harder to make it even more user unfriendly??
    Examples:
    Being able to change the message that accompanies the request as you are specifying where to sign...
    Integration with Outlook address book?

    Hi Jimmy,

    You should be able to change the message accompanies the signature request before it’s sent out. There is a Back button in the right hand panel where you are specifying where to sign, which will take you back to the previous screen where you can change the message.

  5. Sign doesn't work. You couldn't make it work so I have to pay for Authentsign. I should not have to also buy other subscriptions because sign doesn't work. It stopped working right when i bought creative cloud. The only think i actually needed is the Sign feature.

  6. We are actively use Adobe Acrobat for the e-signature. We would like to highlight that the Adobe apps need to be improved. Sometime the agreement that we sent to the approver, and the approver's apps doesn't appear that agreement.

    Il semble que le nombre de documents que nous pouvons signer soit limité à 150/an.
    Mais on ne trouve nulle part de décompte ou d'avertissement pour savoir à quel point nous nous approchons de cette limite.
    S'il vous plaît, affichez un décompte en haut de page, à hauteur du menu.

  14. The Adobe sign app, keeps bringing me to the web version and won’t let me send out documents to sign from my IPhone 12 pro

    This is the main reason I got this subscription for almost $200 a year it should work this has been going on and off for months now it just off.

    The web version says get app. However the link in unclickable! and I am in the app

  15. I will never use adobe products again. charging at $30 cancellation tree when signing up for a free trial is completely unacceptable. I will be sure to recommend to anyone that ask not to use your products,

  17. Hi! Hope you're well.

    I am currently in the "Manage agreements" section, trying to export a CSV of all of the completed agreements (signed agreements). I do not want to download the PDF, I simply want the list of people who have signed my agreement.

    Is there anyway to do this? It would be incredibly helpful.

  18. Regards Sign and Fill: we have 100Gb of cloud storage with the account but limits of 10Mb and 100 pages for fill and sign. I can understand the file limit but am a little disappointed that there is a page limit. We have Pro DC to allow sign off of documents - as a business, even a small business, these limits are very prohibitive and defeat the reason for having it if we have to start splitting documents. This is not always possible with legal documents such as contracts or Patents. Regards, Simon
