Merhaba telefondaki hesaptan tarama yapıp dosyayı kaydediyorum. Dosyanın yüklenmeside bitiyor hatta uzun zaman geçiyor. Fakat bilgisayar üzerinden aynı hesaba girdiğimde tarama burada gözükmüyor. Çok geç yaklaşık 4-5 saat veya1 gün sonra buraya düşüyor. Bu gecikmeyi düzeltebilirseniz seviniriz. Daha önce böyle bir gecikme yoktu anlık olarak düşüyordu.

Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn man auch seine komplette Cloud in einer Datei herunterladen könnte. Zumindest eine Anhebung des Volumens auf sagen wir 2GB wären mal ein Schritt nach vorne.

Capitalistic Pirates
You are g-d criminals...I thought I was signing up for a monthly plan but, come to find out, it's annual. Since it's an annual plan (that is paid in monthly installments...convenient and sneaky of you to do it that way instead of being transparent, by the way), I then have an exorbitant cancellation fee. The worst capitalist pirates I have ever encountered. 10/10 will not recommend anyone to subscribe to anything by you unless they read every tiny asterisked footnote.

Where is the Highlighter?
The Highlighter function was invaluable to my work on PDF's but it's disappeared, is not included in the list of editing tools at all. Why would you do this? Can we get it back?

Thanks for reaching out to us. Reg the highlight tools, it's available in comments section. At the right side of PDF, there's an option "Comment". It has two sub options viz. Add Text and Add Comment . On clicking either of the options, it will take you to Add Comment page, where highlight is available at top bar to use.

What the heck kind of business do you have
I have 2019 FrameMaker & Illustrator on my PC (employer purchased) and an online account for Acrobat.
It takes me 30 min everytime I try to use online-Acrobat to get past your stupid advertising tom purchase what I already own.
A few weeks ago you locked me out of the two apps loaded on my PC (probably because it is somehow confused with my online acct). I called and worked with mulitple Adobe staff to get that fixed.
Now I cannot reach m,y online acct.
What the heck ... do you want me to continue paying monthly for the online…

"message" text not able to be copied
Why in heaven's name do you make the 'message' text non-copyable? I sent the message -- why can't I copy that myself? This is on the "Get Signature" documents (i.e. ones sent out for signature by another person).
Making this even more frustrating is that I can cc: myself on the agreement, but still do not get a copy of the message that was sent. (Maybe it's only inside Adobe?)1 voteHi Tim,
Thank you for your feedback. We will look into this. In the meantime, you should be able to copy the message if you open the agreement via Documents > Agreements. The message can be copied from the right hand panel below the thumbnail.

hard to tell what is highlighted in the comments and not. Is blue a highlight or is a white a highlight? Seems unintuitive. Same with the filters section. The gray and the white – I can't remember which means it's selected. Please take a look at how Google handles commenting on docs and do something similar. They seem to have it figured out as I never find myself having to think about it there.

Compressing files - Text Issue

Some of the students at our institution are having issues reducing the size of files exported from Turnitin. There seems to be an issue with the font conversion (see attached file)
