Disappointed
By actually telling the truth if something is free or not. Going to compress my files with a truly free program. Not everyone has a bunch of money to spend on software. Adobe products are not affordable whatsoever...

Customer support took forever
I was on the support chat for 110 minutes to accomplish only the following:
1) Why can't I prepare web forms?
2) You don't have the right license
3) What license do I need? ....
4) send me to several support folks
5) finally get to sales
6) Oh wait you need business sales
7) Finally purchase the license.
8) now we need to send you to someone in cancellation
9) Well I can't cancel the license without your primary admin emailing us.
10) Who's that? We have two system admins, including me. Shouldn't I be able to do this?…1 vote -

I have been asked for 2 step verification 4 times today and I've only opened one document this afternoon. This is absolute madness. If this keeps happening, there is no way I will be able to use your product.

Cloud integration not working
This keeps pulling me onto the cloud everytime I want to work on a file on my computer. It's making my file management an absolute nightmare and I'm probably going to find a different service.

Online application is Very slow
This tool is agonizingly slow, when using from Computer or laptop... Downloading documents from Document cloud is so slow. it takes lots of time to load the UI and list of documents... and one has to wait after clicking on the three dots for options to appear.

Save on device NOT in the cloud
I want to store my personal documents on my hard drive and NOT in the cloud. I hope I can figure out away to do this. Very unhappy with Cloud seeming to be my only choice. Won't be long before I'll have to pay someone else to allow me access to MY documents. Not to mention the possible/probable invasion of my privacy.
