Deceiving practices of charging customers - Termination fee for canceling on
absolute rip off - charged for an early termination fee of $54.00 for ending my "monthy/yearly" plan that I have been paying $13.99 monthly for - the wording of your terms and conditions are overwhelming with convoluted jargon. I canceled due to finances and budget and now will stay canceled - I have canceled many products and subscriptions - this is the first time I have been charged for canceling on a monthly plan that apparently is also a yearly plan that I had this great discount. Awesome job - way to squeeze more out of my account.

Password protection may not be working properly
I have set a password for the web form that needs to be signed. However, when I use the links provided in the "Share the URL" section, I can access the web form from a different browser or in incognito mode without needing the password, even when I'm logged out.
On the other hand, when I try to access the form from the dashboard while logged in, it prompts me for the password. I believe this behavior should be reversed.

As for the behavior, this is expected since a web form is a type of document that is intended to be available for anyone with access to the URL, and the password set in the compose page should be to keep the information secure only for the account owner. We can see this step as another security gate.
You can always use the tool Request e-Signatures and add a password for the participants.

Is it possible to change the verbiage in the blue button at the bottom of the document that pops up to complete the process that states CLICK AND SIGN? It appears to be duplicative as the signature portion prior states the same thing. Please consider something like COMPLETE or SUBMIT. Thank you.

TOO MANY POPUPS!!!
Adobe is so far over the top with helpful popups and tryme come ons that I have stopped using it and switched to NitroPDF, which lets ME choose whether I need all that help or not. My staff still use Adobe because I haven't given them a choice yet. If I am paying for Acrobat PRO could you at least provide an option in Preference to turn off the tips and advertisements or at least let me say "Don't show this again"?

Need to insert text and the app will not let me
it just will not let me insert any text. Every time I try to do it I get an error 3000. Need help, please.

e-signature glitch
The e-signature thing has been glitchy. Today it started blacking out the panel for signature options after I added some signature info. If I save the doc and reopen the doc I can send.

complain improvement
Hello, I am using Adobe Reader and Editor in a corporate setting.
I am finding very time consuming that Adobe is asking for a password continuosly. I have even started to look for alternative software to read PDFs, despite I use adobe for +20 years.
I hope you can correct this issue soon as the continuous password pop-up every, time I initiate the software is annoying.

Manage tab is empty
Hello, the "Manage" tab in adobe sign is blank and not showing any of the signed documents or documents in process when I have been copied in the Send field. Any idea how to resolve?

Einfach war einmal...
Es war bisher unkompliziert, geöffnete pdf-Dateien zusammenzufügen. Durch das echt umständliche Drag-and-Drop platzt mir der Kragen. Jede eingescannte Seite abspeichern, bevor ich sie zusammenfügen kann? ÜBLER geht nimmer!

export pdf isn't working
When I export a PDF it just keeps reloading and reloading the page

Can't send an e-signature request due to issue.
I tend to use the app as default. When trying to request an e-signature, I get as far as selecting what I want the recipient to sign and then the left-side box goes black. This is where you would ordinarily finalise and send the document - which I now can't due to the random black boxes appearing.
Would much appreciate it if this was resolved.

We are triaging your issue and are gathering more information to understand the problem better. If the issue is still happening and in the meantime we resolve this specific problem please try to use earlier version of the feature by following these steps:
1. Click on your profile icon.
2. Select "Settings".
3. In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".
This change will only affect new created after making this adjustment. We appreciate your patience and cooperation in resolving this issue.
Could you please tell us if this issue you are facing happens every time and with all the documents you use?

New version of esign is hard to use
The new Request e-signatures function is hard to select the sign order. please fix this issue.

We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please follow these steps to be able to add Sign in Order to your recipients:
- With your document opened in Request Signature click the "+" button on the Left Hand Panel under "ADD RECIPIENTS"
- Select a recipients or yourself
- Activate the option "Recipients must complete in order"
- Hover over your mouse to any recipient
- Click the "..." button that appears
- In the "Recipient details" windows that just pop up, go all the way to the last option called "Order"
- Click it and select the position you want the recipient to be in
- Do this process for any other recipient

Compress a PDF function not working
None of Adobe Acrobat is working for me. I use the 'Compress a PDF' for work and this function has been running an error message for the past day every time I try to use it. It says the task can't be completed. I've tried logging out and in again, restarting my computer and attempting different versions of my PDF to compress.
