  1. Easier home page and faster PDF work

    make it easier to find things in the home page and with PDF's mine are all running slowly once I highlight more than 2 things. Everything runs slowly, my scrolling, highlighting, changing colors and making comments. This needs to be fixed asap

  3. Slow

    This new esignature is horrible. It's slow, with constant issues pertaining to loading the screen. I"ve been trying to get one signature on one page uploaded to be sent out to a client for 10 minutes now and I can't even get it to the point where I can ask for the signature. HELP.

    We understand you are encountering some trouble with the new feature in Request e-signatures. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

    Please bear with us while we triage your issue and gather more information to understand the problem better.

    Meanwhile, you can switch to earlier version by following the steps below, 

    1.   Click on your profile icon.

    2.   Select "Settings".

    3.   In "E-signing settings", uncheck the box next to "Use the latest version of Request e-signatures".

  4. Randomly repeatedly deleting text from my do

    Adobe is repeatedly deleting random text. I spent 5 hours yesterday repairing my book, only to wake up this morning to find new errors in different places throughout the document.

    I am extremely frustrated that there is not a clear solution to this issue online.

  6. "don't enable" button for cookie preferences NOT available

    Every time I sign in, I have to reset my cookie preferences. And you don't even have a "don't enable" option button. Get with the 21st century, please.

  7. Tricking users with "free" PDF editing

    Adobe clearly states their online editor allows users to edit text for free. Only after you log in and sign up do you realize that's a lie, and all you can do is comment, highlight etc. Editing text requires the trial. The way people are tricked into thinking they can edit text is atrocious. Adobe can do better instead of tricking users and lying to them. At least be clear about what's actually included. I am now using Canva as it allows free PDF editing.

  8. Terrible product, not user friendly.

    literally the cloud version of adobe is the WORST version of your product. nothing that i used before works. I have always loved adobe products but this online version literally makes me want to rip my hair out. please make this user friendly like it used to be. I hate this version of the product.

  12. Adobe - The Antiquated Monopoly for Document Editing

    You should be able to copy and paste an image to a doc in Adobe, without having to save a snippet as a Photo to a computer. It's 2024, not 2008. The fact you can't simply copy and paste a snippet into a doc while editing a doc in Adobe doesn't make any sense. Also, Adobe does this irritating thing I can't fix where I go to print a document and afterwards Adobe changes the orientation of my documents. I hate this feature, and despite googling how to fix it, I can't fix it. I don't like editing docs in…

  15. I am in total agreement with this post. This new system in totally annoying!

    I do not want to send people links for files that I share. I simply want to attach the pdfs to my email. How do I turn off your stupid Cloud Sharing?

    By the way, I am a CPA and know all about document security - I have my own secure file sharing service!
