Hello,
Whenever I use a product it goes through successfully but if I would like to use a second time I get an error that my request is unable to be processed. It has happened multiple times and takes 45 minutes with customer service to regain access.

Irgendwie kann es doch nicht nein, dass alle zwei Tage irgendwelche Funktionen nicht verfügbar sind!! Man bezahlt ja schließlich nicht wenig Geld um dieses Programm nutzen zu können... Es wäre super, wenn Sie dies mal in den Griff bekommen könnten!!!!

Option to bulk tag fields
When preparing to send forms for completion and signatures, it would be extremely helpful and a time-savor to have the option of bulk tagging form fields. For example "selected fields are designated for recipient 1" or "all fields on this form are designated for recipient 1"

Edit restrictions
I signed up for free trials to see how I can delete pages from an existing PDF file. My file is more than 100 pages so I get an error message that edit or split or anything else is not possible. What is the point of an application to edit PDF files if you cannot reduce the size of a 100+ page document? Is that because it's a free trial and the full access would address my need?? If so, this is not obvious.

Ability to search for text inside the pdf
Search should find the text inside the pdf similar to google.

Access App Useless
Trying to use the Adobe Account Access App (Android phone), and the access code, which is at the bottom of the screen is obscured by the phone’s back and home buttons, making the app fairly useless.....

Share feature is even worse now!
I still can't believe Adobe messed up a good thing and am displeased with the fact that they don't care enough about customer feedback enough the re-implement useful features that have been taken away. I'm talking about features that were there for years!

You can stick your subscription licenses right up your document cloud
So now I can't even combine 2 PDFs into 1 online without signing up for a subscription?
Looks like now I'm just not going to use any Adobe PDF products.

Terrible Support Experience
Adobe can improve my experience by training your staff better. I was transferred to 6 different people and my issue still wasn't resolved. Agents 1-3 offered no help. The 4th person told me that he found my school's subscripton and would transfer me to someone to help me. The 5th person joined the chat just to say he was transferring me to someone else. The 6th person said my account and my school's account was free and there was nothing he could do. I know this is not the case because our technology coordinator wouldn't be able to assign us…

Inability to use
Hi, I don't get why I can't use some free tools. "Combine files", for example. Whenever I click on it, it says "unable to process requests" and tell me to contact customer support for help!? Anyone having the same problem?

Fill and Sign
Why is it that in the last few days I am getting a notice when I try to fill and sign a PDF, that I upload, say the file is not supported. These Are same type's of PDF's that I have using and filling and signing for years.
