For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  5. PLEASE don't join the industry insanity about AI. It is not wanted, not appreciated, not helpful, not secure, and in no way benifits your customers, indeed your deciding to disregard our interest as customers and adding it WITHOUT asking is offensive in every way.

    I use computer frequently I'm quite comfortable with computers I love technology but AI is a total deal breaker.

    We are sorry you are experiencing trouble with this feature.

    Please check your email's spam folder to verify the agreements are not being sent  there by mistake.

    If you are not able to find them, please check an already sent agreement in the Acrobat web page, to verify if it has already been signed or not, because an email is sent to the sender only when the document has been signed by any recipient, and when it's fully completed too.

    You can visualize this, following the next instructions:

    1. On the Main page click the "Documents" tab on the top left corner
    2. Click "In progress" under Agreements
    3. Find the agreement you want to do a follow up on, and click on it
    4. On the right hand panel that pops up, scroll all the way down
    5. You will find the "Recipients" section
    6. An email should've been sent to you if…

  8. This has been so horrible. I can't upload pdfs to the Adobe cloud. I can't share a folder full of pdf files with my accountant from adobe acrobat pro. I can't find help on how to do this.
    This is really a downer. I am very disappointed in the adobe experience

  9. It would be nice if the Final Audit Report stated all of the email addresses that received a copy of the Completed Agreement rather than just saying Agreement completed (i.e. Agreement completed and A,B, and C were cc'd on it.

    Hello HPSD,

    The audit report does not explicitly include the email addresses of recipients who were carbon copied (CC'd) during the authoring process. The audit report primarily captures details such as the signer's name and email address, signature date and time, reason for signing, authentication events, IP addresses, and reasons for declining or canceling an agreement if applicable. While CC'd parties are notified when the agreement is completed, their email addresses are not specifically mentioned as part of the audit report's captured information.

  13. my Adobe reader is saying that it wont open and some features wont work. It wont open my file at all. if it does it says its blank.

  14. Don't know how you can charge for the pro version when its as buggy as it is now. Busy filling out legal documents, added text and while typing it was typing blanks. Closed the document and reopened it and lost about 30 minutes worth of edits. Will be looking for alternatives if this happens again

  15. The Acrobat PDF reader is preventing me from converting word documents to pdf on my computer, asking me to pay for usage. Converting to pdf is and should be a free service. Demand correction and explanation.

  16. Alike offline file editing, if saving files have the option of overriding existing copies, instead of creating a new version with every single highlight or conflicting copy is really annoying. Please allow a save feature in the online version of Adobe as well to override or save on top of the existing file.

  17. Hi there, when importing a document for conversion, you can select the language of the document but they should be written all in English otherwise it's impossible to know which is which.

  19. Well, it could work for one thing. Do NOT charge my credit card. I've spent too mujch time on this **** program. Could have combined 10 files by now. Tired of this new lazy tech support.

    1. Open the agreement draft experiencing the issue.
    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.
