Adobe Cloud Downloads NOT Following Browser Settings!
When downloading a PFD from the Adobe cloud that was "shared" by a co-worker the download no longer follows my BROWSER DOWNLOAD settings but chooses to place in Adobe Creative cloud someplace on my hard drive. THIS NEEDS TO FOLLOW THE BROWSER SETTIZNGS!! FIX THIS!

Flaw hopefully just in emails sent to e-signature requestor
I am using Adobe Sign to get signatures on a document. I'm not sure why, but the Recipient I see in emails to me regarding sending the form and getting the form signed as well as in the Agreements In progress page is wrong and does not match the email and name I see in the form itself. I hope the doctor I have sent this to doesn't see the wrong name. He would be very upset that he is being address with a female name!

After further analysis, we see this behavior as intended for the email template which gets triggered when sender sends agreement to other recipients.

bad routing from acrobat to word for editing
I'm unable to edit a docx file in the word web application. When i click the 'edit in word' button, it opens a new tab that is unable to load with a few UI components briefly popping up and disappearing into the black background. Refreshing sends it back to the same acrobat page in a loop.

This program now is horrible to use
My Adobe Acrobat worked just fine until I got a new computer. Now it does nothing, only is so complicated to use. Why? Why don't my settings transfer to new computer?

Cloud processing of some functions is not applicable to my requirements.
This is the worst product you have ever offered. The original Acrobat Pro did all of the work locally, including what you call "Organize pages." I have no need to load data to a cloud. I work alone. I'm retired and the work I do is limited to mostly to my wife and me and an occasional neighbor.
All this cloud sharing is bull****.
I prefer the original product, which you disabled my arbitrarily marking my license as invalid. I have a perpetual license for the original product that you should honor. I am forced to follow procedures that are…1 vote -

Not free as advertised.
Many acrobat functions are advertised as free but are not actually free. For example, adobe advertises that I can split a pdf for free, but then when I sign in I must purchase a subscription if I am to continue to split a page.

Horrible experience
Horrible experience!!!!! You just want to get me to sign up for professional Adobe Acrobat and I don't want that. I want the basic Adobe that is FREE!!!!!!! Will never buy products from you.

Adobe Sign not working
Why is Adobe Acrobat Sign not working? For two days now I have been trying to send a document for signing, and I get a red box flash up saying "sorry, something went wrong".

Share completed Pdfs to google drive gone.
Sharing completed PDFs to google drive or text was available in the old version. Gone from new app and terrible for my workflow.

Hello, I don't understand why you should be forcing people to use your service. I signed up for a free trial and canceled it 3 days after I realized the feature I wanted was not available. Please remove my card from your system and stop bugging me.

Difficult, confusing, time wasting, prevents completion of simple tasks, overwhelming NOT APPRECIATED!
I am trying to create a document. Then you put me on this complex page. It is so ******* difficult for me to learn and understand WTF is happening! In the meantime completion of my simple 3 page document is disrupted. NOT FAIR! VERY DIFFICULT!!! NOT HAPPY !!

SharePoint document viewer has bad accessibility
I'm a technical writer at the University of Missouri and it has come to my attention that the accessibility of this viewer is bad. A colleague using JAWS found that when trying to read a PDF in the viewer, JAWS could not identify headings, which is so important for navigating a document. When viewing the same document in Acrobat, there was no problem.

Acrobat is GARBAGE
Product crashes, doesn't allow me to use Insert Text. Document cannot be saved. Problem reading the document!! FIX YOUR PRODUCT!!

If you allow bulk send with Adobe Pro, please enable bulk download. I have nearly 300 documents that I have to individually export BOOOOO!
